عنوان فارسی سنجش نگرش جامعه میزبان به تأثیرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط زیستی توسعه گردشگری (مورد مطالعاتی: روستاهای بخش لاریجان شهرستان آمل)
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از راهبردهایی که امروزه در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان به منظور رشد و توسعه مناطق روستایی به آن توجه می‌شود، توسعه و گسترش گردشگری در نواحی روستایی می‌باشد. در این میان هر چند گردشگری می تواند نتایج و اثرات مثبت داشته باشد، نباید از نتایج منفی آن غافل شد. مفهوم پایداری درصنعت گردشگری، طی چند دهه گذشته بعنوان یکی از کلیدی ترین و در عین حال مباحثه انگیزترین مفهوم از مفاهیم توسعه گردشگری و بعنوان چارچوبی برای فهم روندهای توسعه اقتصادی_اجتماعی و مدیریت منابع طبیعی و گردشگری در سراسر جهان مطرح شده است. از این رو این مطالعه با هدف سنجش نگرش جامعه میزبان به تأثیرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی توسعه گردشگری انجام شد. منطقه مورد مطالعه روستاهای بخش لاریجان شهرستان آمل در استان مازندران می باشد. روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی – تحلیلی می باشد. جامعه مورد مطالعه، روستاییان منطقه می باشد که نمونه ای به تعداد 80 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده اند. تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل عاملی انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد عامل درآمد و اشتغال از نظر روستاییان بیشترین تاثیر را بر پایداری گردشگری دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Attitude measures of Host society to the impact of economic, social and environmental development of tourism (case study: rural of larijan) One of the strategies that today many countries in the world to be given to rural development is Tourism in rural areas. In the meantime though tourism can have positive outcomes and impacts, negative results should not be ignored. Sustainability of the tourism industry during the last few decades as one of the most important and yet most discussions of tourism development concept and as a framework for understanding the processes of socio-economic development and natural resource management and tourism worldwide has been proposed.One of the strategies that today many countries in the world to be given to rural development is Tourism in rural areas. In the meantime though tourism can have positive outcomes and impacts, negative results should not be ignored. Sustainability of the tourism industry during the last few decades as one of the most important and yet most discussions of tourism development concept and as a framework for understanding the processes of socio-economic development and natural resource management and tourism worldwide has been proposed. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the effects of the host society's economic, social and environmental aspects of tourism development was done. The study area is rural larijan city, in Mazandaran province. Research a descriptive - analytical. The population of the study area is rural sample of 80 individuals randomly selected. Analysis of results was done using factor analysis. The results show that income and employment of rural tourism has the greatest impact on sustainability.
