عنوان فارسی ارزیابی شاخص‌های توسعه پایداری گردشگری در جوامع میزبان مطالعه موردی : شهرساری
چکیده فارسی مقاله در دو دهه اخیر با ظهور پارادایم توسعه پایدار در ادبیات گردشگری معاصر در سپهر علمی و اجرایی در سطوح مختلف ملی و بین المللی نگرانی‌های فراینده ای در خصوص تاثیرات نامطلوب و مخرب گردشگری مطرح شد. لذا مطالعات و اقدامات تجربی زیادی برای عملیاتی کردن مفهوم توسعه پایدار و مدل‌های ارزیابی آن صورت پذیرفته است. اما علی رغم تمام این اقدامات نتایج حاصل از پیشرفت به سوی پایداری مطلوب نبوده است. از طرف دیگر مطالعات نخستین در کشور نیز حاکی از وجود چالش‌های عمده در جهت دستیابی به پایداری توسعه گردشگری بویژه در شهرهای شمالی کشور می‌باشد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف «ارزیابی شاخص‌های توسعه پایدار گردشگری در شهر ساری» است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی – توسعه‌ای و روش تحقیق اسنادی- پیمایشی که برای گردآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز از ابزار پرسشنامه و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، از تحلیل‌های رگرسیون خطی، همبستگی و آنالیز درختی استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شاخص پایداری اکولوژیکی در بازه کمتر مساوی 8 تا بیشتر از 14 به‌عنوان ضعیف‌ترین وضعیت ازلحاظ پایداری گردشگری در شهر ساری و بعد پایداری اقتصادی با بازه میانگینی قوی‌تر یعنی کمتر مساوی 13 تا بیشتر از 16 دارای وضعیت مناسب‌تری از دیدگاه شهروندان جهت دستیابی به پایداری ارزیابی‌شده است. همچنین بررسی‌ها نشان داد که همبستگی درونی بین شاخص‌های پایداری گردشگری شهری در ساری از ارتباط معناداری برخوردار است، که دراین ‌بین شاخص پایداری اکولوژیکی با پایداری اجتماعی و سیاسی و اقتصادی ارتباط درونی ضعیف‌تری داشته است. همچنین نتایج مدل برازش آنالیز رگرسیونی نشان داده که ابعاد شش‌گانه پایداری در شهر ساری تغییرات محسوسی ایجاد کرده‌اند که این آزمون تایید می‌شود. در خاتمه برای بهبود وضع موجود راهکارهای ارائه شده که نیازمند توجه جدی مدیران و برنامه ریزان شهری و منطقه‌ای می‌باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Evaluation of Sustainable Tourism Development Indicators on host communities Case Study: Sari Abstract: In tow past decades the coming of stable paradigm development in modern tourism background at performing and scientific of national and international levels have made some increasing warning about the harmful and destructive effects of the tourism. So lots of experimental researches and actions have been done on making the ongoing development performable and using it’s evaluating models, but despite of these actions, all of results of development to being stable has not been successful. In other hand the first studies in country revealed some dominant challenges at accessing to stability of tourism development especially at the northern cities of country. "The purpose of this study was to assess the dimensions of the urban tourism development in the city of Sari. Applied research and development – type of research methodology documents collection is to collect the required information from the questionnaire and to analyze information, linear regression analysis, correlation and analysis of the tree were used. The results of the findings of the study indicate that the ecological sustainability index in the range of 8-14 more than the less equal as the weakest condition be the sustainability of tourism in the city of Surrey and later economic stability with stronger means less moving interval equal to more than 13 to 16 have the status of a more appropriate from the perspective of the citizens to achieve the sustainability assessment. It also showed that the correlation between internal urban sustainability indicators in tourism in Surrey has a significant relationship, that between the social and ecological sustainability index with the political and economic stability of internal communication have more weak. As well as the results of the analysis show that the regression model fitted to the dimensions of the six wings of the sustainability in the Sari, the changes have created that appreciably this verification test. Finally, to improve the status quo offered solutions that require serious attention managers and urban and regional planners.
