عنوان فارسی بررسی فرصت‌های شغلی رشته علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی و مطابقت با سرفصل‌های دروس دانشگاهی این رشته در ایران: مرور نظام‌مند
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: تجزیه و تحلیل آگهی‌های شغلی منعکس‌کننده انتظارات کارفرمایان در ارتباط با مسئولیت‌ها و صلاحیت‌های شغلی برای فارغ‌التحصیلان جهت ورود به بازار کار است. این روش برای دانشجویان و برنامه‌ریزان این فرصت را می‌دهد تا در تدوین سرفصل‌های دروس دانشگاهی حوزه خود آموزش‌های مناسب را بگنجانند. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی فرصت‌ها و مهارت‌های شغلی حوزه علم و دانش در جهان و مطابقت با سرفصل‌های دروس دانشگاهی این حوزه در ایران است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع کیفی است که با تکنیک مرور نظامند انجام شده است. مقالات با پیروی از دستورالعمل‌های ترجیحی پریزما برای مرور ادبیات تحقیق از دو پایگاه اطلاعاتی مهم علمی (Scopus و Web of Science) بازیابی و پس از غربالگری و ورود به مطالعه از لحاظ هدف پژوهش، عناوین شغلی، سرفصل دروس موجود در مقالات، جامعه هدف، نوع سازمان که پژوهش در مورد آن است، و فضای دسترسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جامعه آماری را متونی پوشش می‌دهند که طی سال 1923 تا 2023 به زبان لاتین منتشر شده‌اند. پس از جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی و بازیابی 11968 مدرک، به پاکسازی و حذف موارد هم‌پوشانی اقدام شد. و در نهایت 223 مدرک مرتبط با فرصت‌ها و مهارت‌های شغلی حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی گزینش شد.
یافته‌ها: با وجو تغییر ماهیت کار در سطح جهان بر اثر عواملی چون رشد تکنولوژی، سطح اقتصادی و اجتماعی، سرفصل‌های تدوین شده برای حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی در ایران هر چند برخی از عناوین شغلی در سطح جهان را پوشش می‌دهند اما این میزان کافی نیست. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد عناوین شغلی و مهارت‌های مرتبط با آن‌ها در 7 دسته شغلی شامل: پست‌های خدمات فنی، پست‌های خدمات اطلاعاتی ، پست‌های پژوهشی، پست‌های آموزشی، پست‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، پست‌های مرجع و مهارت‌های مدیریتی دسته‌بندی شدند،
نتیجه‌گیری: علارغم رشد شغلی حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی فراتر از کتابخانه‌ها، فارغ‌التحصیلان این حوزه در ایران هنوز مهارت‌های کافی برای ورود به بازار حرفه اطلاعاتی را ندارند. نتایج نشان داد سرفصل‌های مرتبط با علوم کامپیوتر و برنامه‌نویسی هرچند از سرفصل‌های مورد نیاز برای پاسخگویی به بازار کار با توجه به عناوین شغلی است، اما این سرفصل‌ها میزان کافی در دروس حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی تدوین نشده‌اند. به طوری کلی نتایج نشان می‌دهد لزوم بازنگری در تدوین محتوای سر فصل دروس دانشگاهی برای ارائه تخصص و صلاحیت مورد نیاز برای فارغ التحصیلان از خلاء‌های اصلی در مقاطع کارشناسی و سپس کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری رشته است.

عنوان انگلیسی Examining career opportunities and skills in the field of knowledge and information science and matching with the university cources
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The analysis of job advertisements reflects the expectations of employers regarding job responsibilities and qualifications for graduates to enter the labor market. This method gives students and planners the opportunity to include appropriate training in the development of university course topics in their field. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is to investigate job opportunities in the field of knowledge and information science in the world and to match the topics of university courses in this field in Iran. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of data collection method, which was done with systematic review technique. Articles were retrieved from two important scientific databases (Scopus and Web of Science) by following Prisma's preferred instructions for reviewing research literature and after screening and entering the study in terms of research purpose, job titles, subject headings in the articles, society purpose, the type of organization that the research is about, and the access space were investigated. The statistical population is covered by texts that were published in Latin during 1923 to 2023. After searching the databases and retrieving 11,968 documents, cleaning and removing the overlapping items was done. And finally, 223 document related to job opportunities and skills in the field of information science and epistemology were selected. There are various job opportunities available to graduates of knowledge and information science. However, despite the job growth in this field and according to the content analysis of the headlines compiled by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in Iran, although they cover some job titles to some extent, this amount is not enough. The findings show that the job titles found with them were classified into seven job categories including: technical service positions, information service positions, research positions, educational positions, information and communication technology positions, reference positions, and management skills. The results showed that although the topics related to computer science and programming are among the topics needed to respond to the job market with regard to job titles, these topics are not sufficiently developed in the courses of knowledge and information science. In general, the results show the need to revise the content of the beginning of the chapter of university courses to provide the expertise and qualifications needed for graduates, one of the main gaps in the bachelor's degree, then master's degree and doctorate in this field in Iran. Expanding the curriculum with an interdisciplinary approach and using new technologies to develop skills in this area is a viable idea.
