عنوان فارسی بررسی مقایسه ای بیان مارکرهای b‏cl۲ و CD۱۰۵ در کیست رادیکولار، کیست دنتی ژروس، کیست ادنتوژنیک کراتینیزه و آملوبلاستوما به روش ایمونوهیستوشیمی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی مقایسه ای بیان ایمونوهیستوشیمیایی bcl2 و CD105 در کیست رادیکولار، کیست دنتی­ژروس، ادنتوژنیک کراتوسیست و آملوبلاستوما می­باشد. مواد و روش کار: تحقیق حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی به روش مقطعی است. تعداد 50 نمونه وارد مطالعه شدند. درصد سلول­های رنگ گرفته با آنتی بادی bcl2 در درشتنمایی 40 در 15 کیست رادیکولار، 15 کیست دنتی­ژروس، 15 ادنتوژنیک کراتوسیست و 5 آملوبلاستوما ارزیابی شدند و برای بررسی آنژیوژنز متوسط رگ­های مثبت شده با CD105 در درشتنمایی 40 شمارش شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS17 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. آزمون, Paired t-test Repeated Measures ANOVA برای مقایسه متغیر های کمی در گروههای مختلف و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون جهت رابطه های دو به دو بین متغیر های کمی به کار برده شد و 05/0 p< معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ­ها: بیان bcl2 در آملوبلاستوما (78) وOKC (13/71) بیشتر از RC (48) و DC (45) بود ولی تفاوت معنی داری بین OKC و آملوبلاستوما دیده نشد (0.05

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Objectives:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the immunohistochemical expression of CD105 and Bcl2 in radicular cyst, dentigerous cyst, OKC and ameloblastoma. Material and methods: In this analytical retrospective study, 15 samples of radicular cyst, 15 dentigerous cyst, 15 OKC and 5 samples of ameloblastoma were selected. The samples were deparafinized and antigens were retrieved. Immunohistochemistry technique was applied for evaluation of CD105 and bcl2. Findings were analyzed by SPSS17 software. Comparative analysis of data was performed by using the Mann-Whitney T-test for two independent samples. A p value of less than 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results: The mean value of bcl2 expression in radicular, dentigerous, OKC and ameloblastma were 78,71.13, 48 and 45 respectively. There is no significant difference between OKC and ameloblastoma(p >0.05). The percentage of CD105 positive vessels was higher in radicular cyst and decreased in dentigerous cyst, OKC and ameloblastoma. Conclusion: The higher expression of bcl2 in OKC and ameloblastoma can explain the more aggressive clinical behavior of these lesions, although, angiogenesis has no impression on it.
