عنوان فارسی بررسی آگاهی از منشور حقوق بیمار و رعایت آن از دیدگاه بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستانهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: آگاهی بیماران از حقوق خود علاوه بر افزایش کیفیت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی و کاهش هزینه ها سبب مسئولیت پذیری پرسنل نسبت به صیانت از حقوق بیماران می شود. لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین آگاهی از منشور حقوق بیمار و رعایت آن از دیدگاه بیماران بستری انجام گردید. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 384 بیمار بستری مراجعه کننده به بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان در سال 1390، طی نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل: چک لیست اطلاعات دموگرافیک و دو پرسشنامه مربوط به آگاهی بیماران و رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار بود. آنالیز داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی دو نمونه ای مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و از طریق نرم افزار SPSS16 انجام شد. یافته ها: یافته های مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین نمره آگاهی بیماران از منشور حقوق خود 48/6± 3/1 (در سطح ضعیف) و میانگین میزان رعایت منشور حقوق از دید گاه بیمار 28/6± 02/1 (در سطح نامطلوب) بود. همچنین تحلیل حیطه های هفتگانه مربوط به آگاهی و رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار نشان داد که کمترین و بیشترین نمره میانگین به ترتیب مربوط به حیطه حق اعتراض و شکایت (05 /0 ± 25/0و 85 /0 ± 15/0) و حق آگاهی و کسب اطلاعات (68/0 ± 8/2 و 55/0 ± 1/2) بود. همچنین بین آگاهی بیماران از حقوقشان و رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار ارتباط آماری معنی داری وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج به دست آمده، لازم است مدیران بیمارستانها تدابیری اتخاذ نمایند تا بستری مناسب جهت آگاهی بیماران از حقوقشان و اجرای قوانین مربوط به رعایت حقوق بیمار فراهم گردد. واژه های کلیدی: منشور حقوق بیمار، آگاهی از حقوق بیمار، رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار

عنوان انگلیسی Awareness from patient right patent and its observance from patients’ viewpoint
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and objectives: Patient’s awareness about their rights in addition to increase the service quality and health care and reduce medical expenses (cost), can cause the medical staff also take responsibility of protection of patients’ rights. Therefore, this investigation was conducted in order to determine awareness from patient right patent and its consideration (observance) from hospitalized patients’ viewpoint. Material & Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted through available sampling on 384 hospitalized patients referred to Zahedan Medical University hospitals in 1390. Information collecting tolls were including: demographic information check list and two questionnaires regard patients awareness and observance about patient right patent. Data were analyzed by Pearson’s test of correlation, two-sample t-test and one-way ANOVA, and Through SPSS software version 16.0. Results: Results showed that average score of patients awareness about their rights patent was 6.48 (SD=1.3) (in weak level) and average of observance of right patent from patients viewpoint was 6.28 (SD=1.02) (in adverse level). Also analysis of the seventh realms related to awareness and patient’s right patent observance showed that minimum and maximum average score were related to objection and complaint right (0.15±0.85 and 0.25±0.05) and awareness right and get information (2.1±0.55 and 2.8±0.68), respectively. There was a significant relationship between awareness of patients about their rights and patient’s right patent observance (P< 0.05). Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it is necessary that hospitals managers must adopt some measures to make qualifications in order to awareness of patients about their rights and execution of the laws related to observance of patient’s rights.
