عنوان فارسی بیماری پریودنتال به عنوان عامل زمینه ای بیماری های قلبی عروقی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف :بیماری قلبی عروقی یکی از علل اصلی مرگ و میر در سراسر دنیا محسوب می شود. در اکثر موارد علت زمینه ای آن، آترواسکلروزیس است. بیماری پریودنتال به عنوان یک بیماری عفونی می تواند در ایجاد آترواسکلروزیس موثر باشد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تاثیر بیماری پریودنتال در ایجاد بیماری قلبی عروقی و مروری بر مکانیسم آن می باشد. مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه حاصل مروری بر مقالات علمی موجود در پایگاه های معتبر در خصوص مکانیسم تاثیر بیماری پریودنتال بر سیستم قلبی عروقی و پیدایش بیماری های مرتبط با آن می باشد. در این مطالعه از کلمات کلیدی Atherosclerosis ,Periodontal disease ,Cardiovascular disease ,Cytokine استفاده شد. یافته ها: مطالعات متعددی در خصوص ارتباط بیماری پریودنتال و بیماری های قلبی عروقی گزارش شده است. در این مطالعات، نقش بیماری پریودنتال در ایجاد آترواسکلروزیس و مکانیسم آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و در این مورد به عواملی ازجمله تهاجم مستقیم پاتوژن های پریودنتال به پلاک های آترواسکلروتیک، تاثیر سایتوکاین های پیش التهابی، اثرات پیش انعقادی پاتوژن پریودنتال و افزایش فعالیت پلاکت ها و گلبول های سفید خون به عنوان علل موثر اشاره شده است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه عفونت می تواند از طریق سلولهای سیستم ایمنی باعث تغییر در متابولیسم چربی ها شود، می توان به نقش بیماری پریودنتال به عنوان یک بیماری عفونی در ایجاد آترواسکلروزیس و سایر بیماری های قلبی عروقی اشاره نمود. بنابراین توصیه می شود که افراد جامعه در مورد اهمیت رعایت بهداشت دهان آگاهی یابند و اطلاعات لازم را در خصوص تاثیر منفی بیماری پریودنتال بر سیستم قلبی عروقی و اهمیت آشنایی با علائم اولیه این بیماری جهت تشخیص و درمان زودهنگام آن کسب نمایند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Background: Cardiovascular disease is one of the maincauses of mortality in worldwide. In most cases, the underlying cause is atherosclerosis. Periodontal disease as an infective disease can cause atherosclerosis. The aim of this study is the evaluation of periodontal disease effect on the development of cardiovascular disease and the review of its mechanism. Material & Methods: The article is resulted from the review of reliable scientific articles regarding to the mechanism of periodontal disease effect on cardiovascular system and the emergence of associated diseases and ultimately, the collection of data about this issue. Result: Multiple studies have been reported about the relationship between periodontal and cardiovascular diseases. In these articles, the role of periodontal disease in the development of atherosclerosis and its mechanism were evaluated, and several factorswere referred as effective causes, such as direct invasion of periodontal pathogen to atherosclerotic plaques, pro-inflammatory cytokines effect, pro-coagulation effects of the periodontal pathogen, and increased activity of platelets and white blood cells. Conclusion: As regards the infection is able to alter lipid metabolism by immune cells, the role of periodontal disease as an infective diseasecan be referred in the development of atherosclerosis and othercardiovascular diseases. Thus, it’s suggested that people must be informed about the importance of oral hygiene, and they should acquire some necessary information about negative effect of periodontal disease on cardiovascular system and the importance of familiarity with primary signs of the disease for early diagnosis and treatment.
