چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the most important theories in the field of linguistics is the translation quality assessment theory of Mrs. Carmen Valero Garces (1994), which is organized to determine the quality of translations and qualitative analyses of translated literary texts. This theory can also be an effective framework for critiquing the quality of translations of the Holy Qur’an because of its components in determining the ability and quality of translated texts and their degree of conformity with the source text. Garces proposes four levels of translation evaluation: the lexical-semantic level, the grammatical and morphological level, the discursive and functional level, and the stylistic and semantic level. By counting cases for each, Garces tries to provide information about translators' bottlenecks and facilities to evaluate translation in better and more accurate quality. Given that the Garces model is concerned with the target text and gives priority to the audience and addressees in translation, the translation of al-Mashkini al-Ardabili, which is in line with the style required in this presentation, was chosen. The present study, which depends on the undeniable importance of this complex model in the qualitative evaluation of translations, aims to evaluate the quality of the selected translation of Surat An-Naml by Ayatollah Al-Mashkini Al-Ardabili from the Holy Qur’an. For this purpose, Garces' theory is first presented and then the applicable cases for this theory are mentioned in the examples extracted from the translation of the aforementioned surah.
