فرار مغزها در پرستاری: تحلیل مفهوم به روش تکاملی راجرز |

مقدمه : فرار مغزها مفهومی چند بعدی و پیچیده می باشد. با توجه به این که این مفهوم در پرستاری مورد شناسایی قرار نگرفته است لذا لازم است این مفهوم مورد تحلیل قرار گیرد.
روش : از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبر علمی در دسترس مانند: Medline, ProQuest, Cinahel, Science direct, magiran, pubmed, scopus, wiley, web of science, Google Scholar, SID, Iranmedex و در محدوده زمانی 2023-2003 که جهت جستجو از کلید واژه های فارسی فرار مغزها و پرستاری و معادل انگلیسی آنها brain drain and nursing در عنوان و چکیده مقالات استفاده شد. در کل از 96 مقاله، 24 مورد جهت بررسی انتخاب شدند. پس از انتخاب منابع داده ها، جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها انجام شد و اطلاعات مربوط به ویژگی ها، پیشایندها و پیامدهای مفهوم، خلاصه و کدبندی گردید.
یافته ها: ویژگی های مفهوم فرار مغزها شامل 5 ویژگی زیر می باشد: انگیزه و تصمیمات فرد، موانع و تسهیل کننده های خارجی، آزادی انتخاب، مهاجرت به عنوان یک حقوق بشر و حرکت پویا. پیشایندها مشتمل بر عوامل فشاری، عوامل کششی و عوامل ربایشی و همچنین پیامدها در بردارنده پیامدهای مثبت و منفی می باشند.
نتیجه گیری: فرار مغزها تحت تأثیر عوامل فشاری، کششی و ربایشی قرار دارد. در سالهای اخیر علاقه فزاینده ای به مهاجرت پرستاران وجود داشته است ولی تحقیقات اولیه کمی وجود دارد بنابراین تحقیقاتی را برای هدایت در بالین، سیاست یا تحقیق پیشنهاد می گردد. |

Brain Drain in Nursing: Concept Analysis Using Rodgers' Evolutionary Method |

Background: Brain drain is a multidimensional and complex concept. Due to the fact that this concept has not been identified in nursing, it is necessary to analyze this concept. Objective: To analyze the concept of brain drain in nursing using Rogers' evolutionary method.
Method: from available reliable scientific databases such as: Medline, ProQuest, Cinahel, Science direct, magiran, pubmed, scopus, wiley, web of science, Google Scholar, SID, Iranmedex and in the time range of 2003-2023, which search from Persian keywords brain drain and nursing and their English equivalent brain drain and nursing were used in the title and abstract of the articles. In total, out of 96 articles, 24 were selected for review. After selecting the data sources, data collection and analysis was done and the information related to the attributes, antecedents and consequences of the concept was summarized and coded.
Findings: The characteristics of the concept of brain drain include the following 5 characteristics: individual motivation and decisions, external obstacles and facilitators, freedom of choice, migration as a human right and dynamic movement. Antecedents include push factors, pull factors, and grab factors, as well as consequences, including positive and negative consequences.
Conclusion: The brain drain is affected by pushing, pulling and grab factors. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in nurse migration, but there is little primary research, so research is suggested to guide practice, policy, or research.
