چکیده فارسی مقاله پیشرفت و جهش علمی هر دانشگاهی به‌عنوان یک سیستم پیچیده نیازمند فهم تنوع موجود در آن، برای ایجاد فضایی مساعد به زایش خلاقیت‌های فردی و گروهی است. هرچند این تنوع، بستری ضروری برای توسعه‌ی علمی-فرهنگی دانشگاه می‌باشد ولی درعین‌حال سبب پیچیدگی فزاینده سیستم دانشگاهی می‌شود. چه موانعی سر راه فهم این تنوع و پیچیدگی ناشی از آن می‌شود؟ باوجود این‌که فهم تنوع موجود در سیستم‌های دانشگاهی این امکان را فراهم می‌سازد که زمینه برای پیشرفت و جهش علمی در دانشگاه‌ها مساعد شود؛ ولی «کنترل» پیچیدگی از طریق رویکردهای مدیریتی کاهنده به دور از تأمل در کلیت سیستم‌های دانشگاهی مانع بزرگی برای چنین فضایی می‌شود و سبب بی‌توجهی به فرصت‌هایی می‌شود که برای تعالی عملکرد آن‌ها مهم هستند. این فرصت‌ها کدم‌اند؟ در این مقاله که به شیوه‌ی تأمل پذیرانه با سنتز از پژوهش‌ها و نظرات در خصوص وضعیت آموزش عالی کشور همراه با بهره‌گیری از تجارب و مطالعات نویسنده در بیش از سه ده آموزش، پژوهش و مشاهده در دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران و برخی از کشورهای جهان نگارش شده است، با بررسی موانع پیشرفت و توسعه علمی و فرهنگی آموزش عالی کشور بر ضرورت توجه و فهم اهمیت تخیلات و تصورات دانشجویان، به‌عنوان یک فرصت مهم و میدان دادن به «بازی» آن‌ها در تعاملات دانشجویان و دیگر کنشگران دانشگاه‌ها در موقعیت‌های پیچیده آموزشی و پژوهشی تأکید شده است؛ این فهم و توضیح برخاسته از آن، یکی از مسیرهای تعالی سیستم‌های دانشگاهی می‌باشد همان‌طور که پارادایمی که مانع چنین فهمی می‌شود سدی در برابر پیشرفت‌های و انگیزه‌های علمی به‌ویژه دانشجویان می‌گردد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The progress and scientific leap of any university as a complex system requires an understanding of the diversity in it, to create an environment conducive to the birth of individual and group creativity. Although this diversity is a necessary platform for the scientific-cultural development of the university, it also causes the increasing complexity of the university system. What are the obstacles in the way of understanding this diversity and complexity caused by it? Despite the fact that understanding the diversity in university systems makes it possible for the field to be favorable for scientific progress and leap in universities; But the "control" of complexity through reducing management approaches, far from reflecting on the totality of university systems, is a big obstacle for such an environment and causes neglect of the opportunities that are important for their performance excellence. What are these opportunities? In this article, which is written in a reflective manner with a synthesis of researches and opinions about the state of higher education in the country, along with the author's experiences and studies in more than three dozen educations, researches and observations in the state universities of Iran and some countries of the world, it is written. by examining the obstacles to the progress and scientific and cultural development of the country's higher education, emphasizing the need to pay attention and understand the importance of students' imaginations and imaginations, as an important opportunity and give them a field to "play" in the interactions of students and other activists of universities in complex educational and research situations has been This understanding and the explanation arising from it is one of the paths to the excellence of university systems, just as the paradigm that prevents such an understanding becomes a barrier against scientific progress and motivation, especially for students.
