عنوان فارسی شناسایی مزایا و چالش‌های اینترنت اشیا درکتابخانه‌ها و مراکز اطلاع‌رسانی: مرور نظام‌مند
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: اینترنت اشیا یک شبکه متصل متشکل از چندین گره است و ابزارهایی را برای استفاده راحت‌تر از خدمات کتابخانه فراهم می‌کند که علاوه بر بهبود فرآیندهای کتابخانه، موجب افزایش کارایی و بهبود خدمات کتابخانه می‌شود. بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی مزایا و چالش‌های اینترنت اشیاء در کتابخانه‌ها و مراکز اطلاع‌رسانی به منظور ارائه یک طبقه‌بندی و چشم‌انداز منسجم برای تحقیقات آینده اینترنت اشیاء در این مراکز با استفاده از تکنیک مرور نظام‌مند است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کیفی است که با استفاده از تکنیک مرور نظام‌مند انجام شد. روش انجام این پژوهش بدین صورت است که ابتدا مسئله تحقیق تدوین شد و سپس متون مرتبط با هدف تحقیق مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و پس از آن استراتژی جستجو تعیین شد و سپس اقدام به استخراج داده‌ها از دو پایگاه اسکوپوس و وب‌آوساینس شد. پس از بازیابی 2335 مدرک از دو پایگاه مد نظر، داده‌ها با همدیگر ادغام شدند و موارد همپوشانی حذف گردید. در نهایت مولفه‌های لازم از 42 مطالعه گزینش شده شناسایی و سپس مفاهیم پژوهش (ابعاد) بر اساس فراوانی مفاهیم استخراج شدند و بر اساس ترتیب فراوانی الویت‌بندی شدند.
یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش مزایا، چالش‌ها و نوع فناوریی‌ مورد استفاده جهت بکارگیری اینترنت اشیا در کتابخانه‌ها و مراکز اطلاع‌رسانی برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شدند. با توجه به مفاهیم به دست آمده با اهداف تحقیق، هر کدام در مفهومی مشابه دسته بندی شدند. بر اساس یافته‌ها مشخص شد که مزایا اینترنت اشیاء در سه دسته، زیرساخت خدمات برخط شامل 8 مفهوم؛ زیر ساخت کنترل مجموعه شامل 16 مفهوم، زیرساخت فیزیکی شامل 7 مفهوم، و چالش‌های بکارگیری اینترنت اشیاء در سه دسته زیرساخت خدمات برخط شامل 7 مفهوم، زیر ساخت کنترل مجموعه شامل 8 مفهوم، زیرساخت فیزیکی (هوشمندسازی ساختمان) شامل 6 مفهوم قرار گرفتند و فناوری RFID پرکاربردترین فناوری برای پیاده‌سازی اینترنت اشیا بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: اینترنت اشیاء به دلیل قابلیت بالای آن در تسهیل، کنترل و بازدهی بالا در خدمات و فرآیندهای کاری در کتابخانه‌ها یکی از مناسب‌ترین فناوری‌های عصر حاضر در ارائه خدمات و کنترل سیستم‌های کتابخانه‌ها است. اما با توجه به نتایج، بکارگیری این فناوری با چالش‌هایی مانند عدم تجهیزات کافی، هزینه‌های مالی و اداری، نبود نیروی متخصص برای تعمیر تجهیزات موقع خراب شدن، عدم آشنایی کتابدارن با این فناوری و هزینه‌های بالا جهت نگهداری آن رو برو است. شکی نیست که استفاده از فناوری اینترنت اشیا در کتابخانه‌ها، آینده بهتری را برای کتابخانه ها رقم خواهد زد، اما میزان استقبال از سوی کتابخانه‌ها و استفاده از این فناوری در کتابخانه بستگی به حل چالش‌های پیش روی کتابخانه‌ها در استفاده از این فناوری داد. بنابراین استفاده از این فناوری در کتابخانه ها نیازمند تأمل مسئولان در این زمینه است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: The Internet of Things is a connected network consisting of several nodes and provides tools for more convenient use of library services, which in addition to improving library processes, increases efficiency and improves library services. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the advantages and challenges of Internet of Things in libraries and information centers in order to provide a coherent classification and perspective for the future research of Internet of Things in these centers using a systematic review technique.
Methodology: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of research, it is a qualitative study that was conducted using a systematic review technique. The method of conducting this research is that first the research problem was formulated and then the texts related to the purpose of the research were studied and then the search strategy was determined and then the data was extracted from Scopus and Weboscience databases. After retrieving 2335 documents from the two databases in question, the data were merged with each other and overlapping items were removed. Finally, the necessary components were identified from the 42 selected studies,
Findings: Findings: In this research, the advantages, challenges and type of technology used to use the Internet of Things in libraries and information centers were selected for the final analysis. According to the concepts obtained with the objectives of the research, each of them was categorized in a similar concept. Based on the findings, it was found that the advantages of Internet of Things in three categories, online service infrastructure including 8 concepts; Complex control infrastructure including 16 concepts, physical infrastructure including 7 concepts, and the challenges of using Internet of Things were placed in three categories of online service infrastructure including 7 concepts, complex control infrastructure including 8 concepts, physical infrastructure (building smartness) including 6 concepts, and technology RFID was the most widely used technology to implement the Internet of Things.
Conclusion: Internet of Things is one of the most appropriate technologies in the current era in providing services and controlling library systems due to its high capability in facilitating, controlling and high efficiency in services and work processes in libraries. But according to the results, the application of this technology is faced with challenges such as lack of sufficient equipment, financial and administrative costs, lack of expert staff to repair the equipment when it breaks down, lack of familiarity of librarians with this technology, and high costs for its maintenance. There is no doubt that the use of Internet of Things technology in libraries will create a better future for libraries, however, the degree of acceptance by libraries and the use of this technology in the library depends on the challenges faced by libraries in using How many libraries will welcome this technology. Therefore, the use of this technology in libraries requires reflection by the authorities in this regard.
