عنوان فارسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس موانع کمک‌طلبی روان‌شناختی در جمعیت عمومی: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: شیوع بالای اختلالات روان­شناختی و سطح پایین استفاده از خدمات سلامت روان لزوم بررسی و ارزیابی موانع کمک‌طلبی روان­شناختی را نشان می­دهد. ابزارهای محدودی برای ارزیابی موانع کمک­طلبی روان­شناختی وجود دارد. در ایران هم ابزاری که متناسب با فرهنگ و شرایط جامعه باشد، وجود ندارد. بنابراین، هدف مطالعه حاضر، تعیین ویژگی­های روان­سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس موانع کمک­طلبی روان­شناختی است.
مواد و روش­ها: این مطالعه توصیفی-ارزشیابی، در سال 1403 در ایران انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه افراد 18 تا 65 ساله بودند. از این میان 227 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسش­نامه­های موانع کمک­طلبی روان‌شناختی، سواد سلامت روان، نگرش به کمک­طلبی روان­شناختی و خودپنهان سازی پاسخ دادند. برای بررسی روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، روایی همگرا و واگرا از همبستگی Pearson و برای بررسی پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی حاکی از برازش مدل 5 عاملی بود. همبستگی­های معنی‌دار بین عوامل به­دست آمده با مقیاس سواد سلامت روان، نگرش به کمک­طلبی و خودپنهان سازی، روایی واگرا و همگرای مقیاس را تأیید کرد. پایایی مقیاس با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای نمره کلی 91/0 به­دست آمد.
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به نتایج به­دست آمده، نسخه فارسی مقیاس موانع کمک­طلبی روان­شناختی ساختاری 5 عاملی دارد و از روایی و پایایی لازم برای استفاده در پژوهش­های روان­شناختی در جمعیت ایرانی برخوردار است.

عنوان انگلیسی Psychometric Properties of the Persian Version of Barriers to Seeking Psychological Help Scale in the General Population: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: The high prevalence of psychological disorders and the low utilization rate of mental health services underscore the need to examine and evaluate the barriers to seeking psychological help. There are limited tools available for assessing these barriers, and in Iran, no instrument currently exists that fits the culture and conditions of the society. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Barriers to Seeking Psychological Help Scale.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive-evaluative study was carried out in 2024 in Iran. The statistical population consisted of all Iranian individuals aged 18 to 65. Out of which, 227 individuals were selected using convenience sampling and completed questionnaires of  Barriers to Seeking Psychological Help, Mental Health Literacy, Attitudes Towards Seeking Psychological Help, and Self-Concealment. Construct validity, convergent and divergent validity, and reliability were assessed using confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson’s correlation, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively.
Results: The confirmatory factor analysis results indicated a good fit for the 5-factor model. Significant correlations between the obtained factors and the scales of mental health literacy, attitudes towards seeking help, and self-concealment confirmed the scale's convergent and divergent validity. The reliability of the scale, measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, was 0.91 for the total score.
Conclusion: Based on the results, the Persian version of the Barriers to Seeking Psychological Help Scale has a 5-factor structure and possesses the necessary validity and reliability for use in psychological research within the Iranian population.
