عنوان فارسی دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی در مورد ثمربخشی فعالیت های آموزشی و اجرای مقررات آموزشی بخش داخلی بیمارستان ولی عصر بیرجند(۹۲ الی ۹۴)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی های مستمر فعالیت های آموزشی نقش یه سزایی در ارتقاء برنامه های آموزشی دارد. این مطالعه به منظور ارزیابی دیدگاه دانشجو در رابطه با ثمر بخش بودن برنامه ها و مقررات آموزشی در آموزش بالینی انجام شد. روش تحقیق: مطالعه از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی و در بخش داخلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند (بیمارستان ولی عصر) انجام شد. از کلیه دانشجویانی که دوره کار آموزی و کارورزی بخش داخلی را در فاصله زمانی شهریور 1392 الی مهر 1394 گذرانده بودند، نظرخواهی شد. لذا از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته ای استفاده شد که شامل 10 سئوال برای مقررات آموزشی و 26 سئوال برای برنامه های آموزشی بود. برای هر آیتم نمره دهی از 1 تا 5 بود. یافته‌ها: افراد مورد مطالعه 36% اینترن و (64% استاژر بودند. نمره میانگین در رابطه با مقررات آموزشی 86/0±66/2 بود. نگرش دانشجویان در تاثیر مقررات بر حضور دانشجو و استاد در بخش به ترتیب (22/1±25/3) و 09/1±23/3 بود. در بین برنامه های آموزشی، درمانگاه بالاترین نمره (74/0±31/3) و گراند کنفرانس ها کمترین نمره (79/0±84/2) را از آن خود کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: درمانگاه می تواند محیطی مناسب برای برنامه های آموزش بالینی باشد در حالی‌که گراند کنفرانس ها برنامه مناسبی برای دانشجویان در مقطع اینترنی و استاژری محسوب نمی شود. اجرای مقررات می تواند حضور اساتید و دانشجویان را در عرصه بالینی تضمین نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی Viewpoint of medical students on efficacy of educational regulations and training program of internal medicine department in Vali-e-asr hospital (Birjand, Iran) ,2014-2016
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: Continuous evaluation of educational activities plays a critical role in the promotion of educational programs. The present study aimed at assessing . the viewpoint of medical students on the effectiveness of educational programs and regulations in clinical training. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical study was conducted in the . internal medicine ward in vali-e-asr hospital of Birjand University of Medical Sciences. All medical students were selected via census from those who had passed their internal medicine training over the past 2 years (2014-2016). Viewpoint of the students on the effectiveness of the internal medicine ward regulations and educational programs were evaluated by means of a researcher-designed questionnaire. The questionnaire included 10 questions regarding educational regulations and 26 items about educational programs.Finally, the obtained data was fed into SPSS (V: 16) software using independent T-test for analysis at the significant level of alpha=0.05. Results: A total of 100 students, including 36(36%) interns and 64(64%) stagers filled out the questionnaires. Mean viewpoint score of the students on educational regulations was 2.66±0.86. Mean viewpoint score of students on educational rules affecting attendance of students and instructors in training fields was 3.25±1.22 and 3.23+1.09 , respectively. Regarding the educational programs, the highest and lowest scores belonged to the outpatient clinic ground conferences; (3.31±0.74) and (2.84±0.79), respectively. Conclusion: A polyclinic can be an appropriate spot to transfer clinical-educational programs,but ground conferences are not considered suitable for stagers and interns.. Running educational regulations can gurantee more attendance of students and instructors in clinical training.
