عنوان فارسی بررسی قابلیت‌های علوم و فناوری‌های شناختی برای کاربردهای دفاعی- امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه علوم و فناوری­های شناختی به‌عنوان یکی از پیشرفته‌ترین رشته­های علمی و فناوری شناخته‌شده‌اند و به دلیل تأثیر فراوان این حوزه بر جنبه­های مختلف اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، نظامی و ...، هزینه­های قابل‌توجهی صرف این پژوهش‌ها می­شود. هدف این مقاله بررسی قابلیت­های متنوع علوم و فناوری­های شناختی در حوزه دفاع و امنیت است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی بوده و از روش گروه کانونی برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده‌شده است. در این روش، نظرات خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع جمع‌آوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده است. یافته­های این پژوهش نشان می­دهد که علوم و فناوری­های شناختی می­توانند در حوزه­های مختلف دفاع و امنیت از قبیل تقویت ذهن با ایجاد انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی، تربیت و پرورش ابر سرباز جهت افزایش عملکرد انسانی، طراحی و تولید تسلیحات شناختی جهت مقابله با تهدیدات جنگ شناختی، همجوشی انسان و ماشین و غیره کاربرد داشته باشند. استفاده از قابلیت­های علوم و فناوری­های شناختی در حوزه دفاع و امنیت می­تواند دستاوردهای گسترده‌ای درزمینه بهبود تشخیص و پیشگیری از تهدیدات امنیتی، مدیریت مخاطرات مرتبط با دفاع و امنیت و ایجاد امکان جمع‌آوری، تحلیل و استفاده از حجم عظیم داده‌ها به‌صورت سریع و هوشمند، به همراه داشته باشد و عدم توجه به این قابلیت­ها می­تواند عواقب جدی و ناخوشایندی به همراه داشته باشد. به‌هرحال علوم و فناوری­های شناختی قابلیت­های متعددی برای ارتقای توان دفاعی و امنیتی کشورها دارند و استفاده از این قابلیت­ها می­تواند به افزایش امنیت و ثبات در جهان کمک کند.

This research is qualitative and the focus group method was used to collect data. In this method, the opinions of experts related to the subject have been collected and analyzed. The findings of this research show that cognitive sciences and technologies can be used in various fields of defense and security, such as strengthening the mind by creating cognitive flexibility, training and developing super soldiers to increase human performance, designing and producing weapons. cognitive to deal with the threats of cognitive warfare, fusion of man and machine, etc. Using the capabilities of science and cognitive technologies in the field of defense and security can achieve extensive achievements in the field of improving the detection and prevention of security threats, managing risks related to defense and security, and making it possible to collect, analyze and use a huge amount of data in the form of fast and smart, and not paying attention to these capabilities can have serious and unpleasant consequences. However, cognitive sciences and technologies have many capabilities to improve the defense and security capabilities of countries, and the use of these capabilities can help increase security and stability in the world.
