عنوان فارسی مدیریت معنوی در سیره امام رضا(علیه السلام)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف:در اسلام،معنویت و مدیریت دو روی یک سکه هستند.معنویت اسلامی مبتنی بر دین است که پیامد نهایی تقویت اعتقاد به توحید،معاد و اخلاق فاضله است.مدیریت اسلامی، علم،هنر و شیوه بکارگیری افراد مناسب وامکانات مادی در محیط عدالت محور،برای رسیدن به اهدافی که متاثر از نظام ارزشی اسلام است می باشد.یکی از ابعاد خاص مدیریت دراسلام،مدیریت معنوی است.مدیریت معنوی با استفاده از ارزش ها،باورها و رفتارهایی که لازمه انگیزش درونی خود و دیگران است،بقای معنوی اعضای سازمان را فراهم می کندهدف پژوهش:شناسایی و تشریح مولفه های مدیریت معنوی درکلام و رفتار امام رضا(ع)با بهره گیری از قرآن و روایات است که درجهت تقویت نقش مدیریت معنوی یک مدیر در هدایت کارمندان در یک سازمان و توسعه آن به کار می رود.روش و مواد:این مطالعه با بکارگیری شیوه اسنادی و بهره گیری از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی مولفه های مدیریت معنوی درسیره امام رضا(ع)پرداخته است.یافته ها:مدیریت معنوی در نگاه امام رضا(ع)در ذیل اصل توحید شکل می گیرد و دارای مولفه هایی مانندحق مداری،تقوا،نوع دوستی،معناداری،ایمان به کار،تعهد،عملکرد و بهبود مستمر و مشورت است.نتیجه گیری:این پژوهش می تواند مبنایی برای درک بهتر مفاهیم معنویت و مدیریت در سازمان ها را فراهم آورده و مفهوم مدیریت معنوی را برای عملیاتی شدن در سازمان ها بر اساس ضروریات جامعه اسلام تبین نماید.نتیجه گیری:این پژوهش می تواند مبنایی برای درک بهتر مفاهیم معنویت و مدیریت در سازمان ها را فراهم آورده و مفهوم مدیریت معنوی را برای عملیاتی شدن در سازمان ها بر اساس ضروریات جامعه اسلام تبین نماید.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose:in islam spirituality and management are two sides of the same coin they can not be seen a part from each other.islamic spirituality is based on religion,which is the final result of strengthening spirituality means the belief in monotheism,resurrection ,and morals.The source of Islamic spirituality is the verses of the Holy Quran the verbal and practical life of the prophet and the infallible imams Islamic management,science,art and method of employing suitable people and material facilities in a justice-oriented environment,to achieve goals that are influenced by the value system of islam.One of the special management in islam is spiritual management. Spiritual management provides the spiritual survival of the organization's members by using values, beliefs and behaviors that are required to motivate oneself and others.Spiritual management in the eyes of imam Reza(AS)in it is formed under the principle of monotheism.Spiritual management is a management that uses spiritual solutions instead of materialism to advance the goals and improve the status of the organization.the purpose of the research is to identify and explain the components of spiritual management in the words and behavior of imam reza(AS)by using the Quran and traditions,which is used to strengthen the role of spiritual management of a manager in guiding employes in an organization and its development.Method and Materials:this study has investigated the components of spiritual management in the sireh of imam reza(AS)by using the documentary method and using the descriptive-analytical method .findings:spiritual management in he view of imam reza under the principle monotheism is formed and has components such as righteousness,piety altruism,meaningfulness,faith in work, commitment,performance and continuous improvement and consultation.Conclusion:this research can provide a badid for a better understanding of the concepts of spirituality and management in organizations and explain the concept of spiritual management for operationalization in organizations based on the needs of Islamic society.
