چکیده فارسی مقاله
 مقدمه: اعضای هیأت علمی به دلیل وظایف آموزشی و پژوهشی و نقشی که در اشاعه علم و دانش بر عهده دارند، سهم بسزایی در آموزش برای پایداری ایفا کرده و شایستگی­ها و مهارت­های آنان بعنوان یک عنصر کلیدی در این زمینه مطرح می­ شود. از این رو، هدف این پژوهش واکاوی شایستگی­های کلیدی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ­ای به منظور آموزش در جهت پایداری بود.
روش­ ها: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی است و از نظر چگونگی گردآوری داده‌ها، در گروه «پژوهش آمیخته» طبقه ­بندی می‌شود. مشارکت­ کنندگان در این پژوهش 12 نفر از متخصصان و صاحب­ نظرانی بودند که به روش نمونه­ گیری هدفمند و با تکنیک اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه­ ساختاریافته بود و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا کلیدی‌ترین شایستگی‌های آموزش پایداری اعضای هیأت علمی شناسایی شد. در بخش کمی به منظور وزن­ دهی، سنجش میزان اهمیت و رتبه بندی مؤلفه­ ها­ی استخراج شده از تکنیک آنتروپی شانون استفاده گردید.
یافته ­ها: برپایه بازکاوی داده‌های مصاحبه‌های نیمه­ساختاریافته، در مجموع یازده زیرمؤلفه در قالب شش مؤلفه ­ی اصلی به عنوان شایستگی­های آموزش پایداری اعضای هیأت علمی در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ­ای شناسایی شد که در مرحله بعد با توجه به ضریب اهمیت به دست آمده حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها با تکنیک آنتروپی شانون، مؤلفه­ های شایستگی فرادیسیپیلینی، شایستگی­ تخصصی، شایستگی­ دوراندیشی، شایستگی­ مسئولیت اجتماعی، شایستگی­ فرافرهنگی و شایستگی­ زیست ­محیطی به ترتیب، اهمیت بیشتری نسبت به سایر مؤلفه ­ها را به خود اختصاص دادند.
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به یافته­ های این پژوهش، به منظور جهت­ گیری آموزش­های فعلی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه­ ای به سمت آموزش پایداری، لازم است پرورش شایستگی­های آموزش پایداری اعضای هیأت علمی مورد توجه قرار گرفته و اقدامات لازم جهت توسعه این شایستگی­ها صورت پذیرد

عنوان انگلیسی Examining the key competencies of faculty members in order to education for sustainability, case study: Technical and Vocational University
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Due to the educational and research tasks of the faculty members and their role in the dissemination of science and knowledge, they have played a significant contribution in education for sustainability and their competency and skills are considered as a key element in this field. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examining the key competencies of technical and professional university faculty members in order to education for sustainability.
Methods: The study was carried out with the exploratory mixed method. The participants in this research were 12 specialists and experts who were selected according to the level of theoretical saturation and purposeful sampling method. In the qualitative part, data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. in such a way that by using the method of content analysis, the most key competencies of the sustainability education of faculty members were identified. In the quantitative section, Shannon's entropy technique was used to in order to weighting, measure the importance and ranking of the extracted categories.
Results: Based on the analysis of semi-structured interview data in two stages of open and axial coding, In total, eleven sub-categories and six main categories were identified as the competencies of sustainability education of faculty members in technical and vocational university. in the quantitative section, according to the importance factor obtained from data analysis with Shannon's entropy technique, the categories of meta-transdisciplinary competency, specialized competency, anticipatory competency, social responsibility competency, transcultural competency and environmental competency are more important in order than others.
Conclusions: Based on the research findings, in order to direct the current education of the Technical and Vocational University towards sustainability education, It is necessary to pay attention to the development of the competencies of the sustainability education of the faculty members, and actions should be taken to develop these competences.
