چکیده فارسی مقاله
زمینه: اخلاق و فرهنگ، بزرگترین نیاز جامعۀ بشری و عامل اصلی عفاف و نشاط و تداوم حیات و جوامع است. امروزه مباحث حوزۀ اخلاق و فرهنگ به عنوان مهمترین عامل در توسعۀ اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، انسانی یک کشور، در کانون توجه صاحبنظران، اندیشمندان و نخبگان قرار گرفته از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی مفهومی تحولات اخلاقی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشور بود.
روش: این تحقیق که یک پژوهش بنیادی از نوع توصیفی- اکتشافی مبتنی بر روش «داده بنیاد» است. جامعه تحقیق نخبگان و صاحب نظران در حوزه تحقیقاتی پژوهش بودند. نمونه گیری به روش گلوله برفی تا اشباع نظری انجام شد و 17 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و داده ها با روش کدگذاری تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که براساس نقطه نظرات مصاحبه شوندگان این پژوهش بیست ۲۰ مفهوم فرعی و در زیر مجموعه ۶ مقوله اصلی یعنی مشخصه های تحولات اخلاقی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، عوامل شکل دهنده، عوامل تقویت کننده، موانع شکل­گیری، راهبردها و پیامدهای الگوی مفهومی استخراج شده است.
نتیجه ­گیری: الگوی مفهومی تحقیق با مقوله های محوری مدیریت، بینش، ایدیولوژی و نوآوری؛ مقوله های بسترساز و شکل دهنده شامل توسعه انسانی، توسعه اقتصادی، توسعه مدرن شهری، توسعه اخلاقی- اجتماعی و تحولات سیاسی اجتماعی؛ مقوله های تقویت کننده شامل رسانه های جمعی، اخلاق اجتماعی و فن آوری نوین؛ و عواملی مانند شکاف اجتماعی و بحران اقتصادی به عنوان عوامل مانعی و جهانی شدن و تمدن سازی حاصل و پیامد این الگوی مفهومی احصاء گردید

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله
Background: Ethics and culture are the greatest needs of human society and the main factor of chastity and vitality and continuity of life and societies. Nowadays, the topics of ethics and culture as the most important factors in the economic, social, political, and human development of a country are in the focus of experts, thinkers and elites, therefore the aim of this research was to compile a conceptual model of the country's moral, cultural and social developments.
Method: This research is descriptive-exploratory basic research based on the "foundation data" method. The research community was elites and experts in the field of research. Sampling was done by snowball method until theoretical saturation and 17 people were selected as a sample. The interview tool was semi-structured and the data was analyzed by coding method.
Results: The results obtained indicate that based on the opinions of the interviewees of this research, there are 20 sub-concepts and 6 main categories in the sub-set, i.e. the characteristics of moral, cultural and social developments, shaping factors, strengthening factors, obstacles. The formation, strategies and consequences of the conceptual model have been extracted.
Conclusion: the conceptual model of research with the core categories of management, insight, ideology and innovation; Basic and formative categories including human development, economic development, modern urban development, moral-social development and social political developments; Strengthening categories include mass media, social ethics and new technology; And factors such as social gap and economic crisis were counted as obstacles and globalization and civilization are the result and consequence of this conceptual model.
