عنوان فارسی شناسایی موانع دوسوتوانی سازمانی در صنعت بیمه ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: امروزه دوسوتوانی سازمانی به عنوان پاسخی به افزایش رقابت در بازار شناخته می‌شود و تحقق آن مستلزم به کارگیری همزمان اکتشاف و بهره‌برداری است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی موانع دوسوتوانی سازمانی در شرکت‌های بیمه‌گر بخش خصوصی کشور صورت گرفته است.
روش‌شناسی: رویکرد پژوهش حاضر آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) است؛ در بخش کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون و مصاحبه با 13 نفر از خبرگان صنعت، موانع دوسوتوانی در صنعت بیمه شناسایی و در بخش کمی با روش دیمتل فازی به بررسی میزان اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری هر یک از موانع پرداخته شده است.
یافته‌ها: موانع دوسوتوانی سازمانی شامل بیست و سه مضمون فرعی و شش مضمون اصلی؛ موانع طرح کسب ‌و کار، موانع فرهنگی سازمان، موانع محیط خارجی، موانع مدیریت منابع انسانی، محدودیت‌های کارکنان و محدودیت‌های مدیران است و در این بین اثرگذارترین مضمون، موانع طرح کسب و کار است و محدودیت‌های کارکنان در انتهای طیف اثرگذاری قرار دارد.
ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: شناسایی موانع دوسوتوانی سازمانی در بخش خصوصی صنعت بیمه که پیش از این مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته بود و شناخت اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها، موقعیت مناسبی برای شرکت‌های بیمه‌گر برای تحقق همزمان بهره‌بردای و اکتشاف فراهم می‌آورد.
پیشنهادهای اجرایی/ پژوهشی: در این پژوهش یک برنامه عملیاتی برای رفع موانع دوسوتوانی سازمانی به ترتیب اهمیت و تاثیرگذاری آن‌ها تدوین و پیاده‌سازی شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Identifying obstacles to organizational ambidexterity in the Iranian insurance industry
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: Todays, organizational ambidexterity is recognized as a response to increased competition in the market, and its realization requires the simultaneous use of exploration and exploitation. The current research has been carried out with the aim of identifying the barriers to organizational ambidexterity in the private sector insurance companies of Iran.
Methodology: The current research approach is mixed (qualitative-quantitative); in the qualitative part, with thematic analysis method and interviews with 13 industry experts, the barriers to ambidextrous in the insurance industry have been identified, and in the quantitative part, the effectiveness and impressionability of each of the barriers has been investigated with the Fuzzy DEMATEL method.  
Findings: Barriers to organizational ambidexterity including 23 concepts and 6 themes; Business plan barriers, organizational cultural barriers, external environment barriers, human resource management barriers, employee limitations and managers limitations, and in the meantime, the most effective theme is business plan barriers and employee limitations is at the end of the impact spectrum.
Originality/ value: Identifying barriers to organizational ambidexterity in the private sector of the insurance industry, which had not been studied before, and knowing their prioritization, provides a suitable opportunity for insurance companies to realize exploitation and exploration at the same time.
Recommendations: An action plan to remove organizational ambidexterity barriers should be formulated and implemented in the order of their importance and effectiveness.
