عنوان فارسی تبیین ابعاد و مولفه های دانشگاه‌های دو(سه)سوتوان در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ابعاد و مولفه­ های دانشگاه‌های دو(سه)سوتوان در ایران انجام پذیرفت.
طرح پژوهش/ روش­شناسی/ رویکرد: پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای پارادایم تفسیرگرایی، از نظر هدف کاربردی - توسعه­ ای، بر حسب ماهیت از نوع توصیفی و از نوع کیفی است. جامعه آماری کارشناسان خبره سازمانی و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه­ها است که نمونه آماری به تعداد 27 نفر از بین آنها با توجه به ویژگیها و شرایط مورد نیاز برای اعضای پانل دلفی و به روش ترکیبی تعیین گردید. جهت جمع­آوری داده­ها از ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها مبتنی بر دو رویکرد دلفی فازی و تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت.
یافته ­ها: بر اساس تحلیل­های متن مصاحبه­ها، ابعاد دانشگاه دو(سه)­سوتوان شامل بعد بهره­ برداری با هفت مولفه هوش سازمانی، توانمندسازی، سرمایه اجتماعی، مدیریت استعداد، ارتباطات، شایسته­سالاری و فرهنگ سازمانی؛ بعد اکتشاف با پنج مولفه انعطاف­پذیری منابع انسانی، رهبری فرصت ­آفرین، خلاقیت و نوآوری، آموزش و توسعه و هدفگذاری راهبردی و بعد پایداری با چهار مولفه رشد پایدار منطقه ­ای، تعهد به پایداری، اقدامات زیست محیطی و تبیین معیارهای پایداری استخراج شده­اند.
ارزش/ اصالت پژوهش: یافته­ ها نشان می­دهد اگرچه پژوهش­های فراوانی در زمینه دوسوتوانی انجام شده؛ اما اغلب تحقیقات از بعد تعادل یا ترکیب ابعاد بهره­برداری و اکتشاف به مفهوم سازمان دوسوتوان نگاه کرده­اند، این در حالی است که در پژوهش حاضر علاوه بر اینکه مفهوم دانشگاه دوسوتوان، بعد سوم یعنی «پایداری» به عنوان نوآوری در مفهوم دانشگاه دوسوتوان شناسایی و مفهوم آن به دانشگاه سه­ سوتوان ارتقا یافته است.

عنوان انگلیسی Explaining the Dimensions and Components of Ambi /trinal dexterity Universities in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Purpose: The current research was carried out with the aim of determining the dimensions and components of ambi /trinal dexterity universities in Iran.
Methodology: The present study is based on the interpretive paradigm. It is also developmental in terms of its applied purpose, descriptive in terms of the nature of method, and qualitative in terms of fragmentary data. The statistical population is the organizational experts and faculty members of the country's universities from whom statistical sample of 27 people were determined according to the characteristics and conditions required for the members of the Delphi panel and through a combined method, i.e. two targeted and accessible methods. In order to collect data, closed and open-ended questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were used. Data analyses were accomplished based on two fuzzy Delphi approaches and thematic analysis.
Findings: Based on  analyzing the interview texts, the dimensions of ambi/trinal dexterity University include the exploitation dimension with seven components of organizational intelligence, empowerment, social capital, talent management, communication, meritocracy and organizational culture; and the dimension of exploration with five components include the flexibility of human resources, opportunistic leadership, creativity and innovation, education and development and strategic targeting and the dimension of sustainability with four components include the sustainable regional growth, commitment to sustainability, environmental measures and explanation of sustainability of criteria.
Originality:The present research besides considering the concept of ambidexterity university the third dimension, i.e. "sustainability" has been proposed as innovation in the concept of ambidexterity university and its concept has been promoted to trinal University.
