عنوان فارسی فرهنگ شیرخانی یا زبده الفوائد معرفی، بررسی و نقد اصول فرهنگ‌نویسی در آن
چکیده فارسی مقاله زبده الفوائد معروف به فرهنگ شیرخانی کتابی در لغت فارسی است که شیرخان برمزید سور آن را در اواسط قرن دهم هجری و در شبه‌قارۀ هند تألیف کرده است. این فرهنگ لغت برای فهم زبان شعر و دشواری‌های اشعار شاعران تدوین شده است و گاه مستند به شواهد شعری و توضیحاتی پیرامون اشعار شاعران است. تدوین کتاب به‌صورتِ تقسیم آن به باب و فصل است؛ یعنی حرف اول کلمات باب و حرف آخر آن فصل قرار داده شده است. زبده الفوائد بیست و هشت باب دارد. ترتیب الفبایی در حروف میانیِ واژۀ مدخل رعایت نشده است و همین امر از سهولت استفاده از آن کاسته است. مدخل‌های کتاب مشتمل بر سرمدخل (لغات، اعلام، انواع ترکیب، مصراع، بیت)، تلفظ، تعریف و شاهد شعری است. فرهنگ شیرخانی گذشته از فوائد زبانی به‌دلیلِ اطلاعات ادبی مندرج در آن دربارۀ شروح متون ادبی و فرهنگ‌های لغت رایج در عصر خود اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. این فرهنگ لغت تاکنون منتشر نشده، اما چند نسخۀ خطی از آن شناخته شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Farhang Shirkhani or Zubdat al- Fawāʾid Introduction, Review, and Criticism of the Principles of Its Lexicography
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Zubdat al- Fawāʾid, known as Farhang Shirkhani is a Persian dictionary written by ShirKhan Barmazid Sūr in the subcontinent in the middle of the 10th century. This dictionary is compiled to help understand poetry and the difficulties of Persian poems. It is based on poetic evidence and explanations about poems. The compilation of the book is divided into Bāb and Fasl, the first letter of each word is named Bāb and the last letter is named Fasl. Zubdat al- Fawāʾid has twenty-eight Bābs, and the alphabetical order in the middle letters of the entry word is not considered and this causes its use to be inconvenient. The main entries of the book include headwords (lexicon, proper nouns, synthesis, hemistich, and couplet), pronunciation, definition, and poetic evidence. Apart from linguistic benefits, Farhang Shirkhani is especially important due to its literary information about the interpretations of literary texts and dictionaries common in its era. So far, this dictionary has not been published, but several manuscripts of it are known.
