عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش توسعه حمل و نقل محور (TOD) در مدیریت توسعه پایدار معماری شهری مورد مطالعه ایستگاه گلشهر کرج
چکیده فارسی مقاله رویکرد توسعه حمل‌ونقل محور  (TOD)  Transit Oriented Developmentیکی از رویکردهای توسعه‌پایدار شهری است، توجه به حمل‌و‌نقل ریلی به‌عنوان ابزار پایداری درشهر مطرح است. دررویکرد TOD حمل و نقل به‌عنوان عاملی برای کسب پایداری شهری مطرح‌ است. این رویکرد موجب بهبود شرایط ‌اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی در شهر می‌شود. در این رویکرد اصولی همانند توجه به حمل‌ونقل ریلی به‌عنوان عوامل و اصول توسعه در نظر گرفته می‌شوند. در اولین فرضیه سعی شد که رابطه بین استفاده از خدمات ریلی و توسعه حمل‌و‌نقل محور از نظر مسافرین مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. در نهایت با آزمون این فرضیه نتیجه گرفته شد که رابطه‌ای بین مولفه‌های توسعه حمل‌ونقل محور و استفاده از مترو به عنوان ابزاری برای حمل‌ونقل وجود ندارد. در فرض دوم تمایل مردم برای استفاده از مترو و فاصله زندگی ایشان از ایستگاه مترو مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت، در نهایت نشان داده شد که رابطه‌ای قطعی بین فاصله از ایستگاه گلشهر و تعدد استفاده از خطوط ریلی وجود دارد. اولویت مردم به عنوان مسافرین از منظر TOD در فرضیه سوم سنجیده شد، مشخص شد که احداث پارکینگ دارای اهمیت زیادی است. پیشنهاد شده است که به منظور جذاب‌تر کردن ایستگاه مترو مسیر پیاده‌روی تکمیل شود و پارکینگ‌های متنوع برای توسعه این ایستگاه ساخته شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Role of Transportation-Oriented Development (TOD) in Managing the Sustainable Development of Urban Architecture Studied at Golshahr Karaj Station
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is one of the approaches of sustainable urban development, paying attention to rail transportation as a means of sustainability in the city. In the TOD approach, transportation is considered as a factor to achieve urban sustainability. This approach improves social, economic and environmental conditions in the city. In this approach, principles such as attention to rail transport are considered as factors and principles of development. In the first hypothesis, it was tried to evaluate the relationship between the use of rail services and the development of transportation-oriented from the point of view of passengers. Finally, by testing this hypothesis, it was concluded that there is no relationship between the components of transportation-oriented development and the use of the subway as a means of transportation. In the second hypothesis, people's willingness to use the subway and their living distance from the subway station were evaluated. Finally, it was shown that there is a definite relationship between the distance from Golshahr station and the frequency of using railway lines. The priority of people as passengers was measured from the perspective of TOD in the third hypothesis, it was found that the construction of parking is very important. In order to make the metro station more attractive, it has been proposed to complete the pedestrian route and build various parking lots for the development of this station.
