عنوان فارسی ارزیابی میزان رضایت روستائیان از عملکرد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و کالبدی طرح‌های هادی (مطالعه موردی روستاهای شهرستان نیمروز)
چکیده فارسی مقاله با توجه به اهمیت روستا در برنامه‌ریزی‌های توسعه‌ای کشور، تاکنون طرح‌های متعددی در جهت تسریع روند توسعه یافتگی روستا مطرح و اجرا شده است، تا به نوعی شدت نابرابری‌های بین نقاط شهری و روستایی کاهش یابد. یکی از این طرح‌ها طرح هادی است که درصدد دستیابی به ایجاد زمینه توسعه و عمران روستاها، تامین عادلانه امکانات، هدایت وضعیت فیزیکی روستا، تسهیلات بهبود مسکن و خدمات محیط زیستی و عمومی، بهبود کیفیت بافت روستا و ایجاد بستر لازم جهت فراهم شدن زمینه صدور سند مالکیت املاک واقع در بافت مسکونی روستا است. لذا هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی میزان رضایت روستائیان از اثرات کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی طرح‌های هادی در روستاهای شهرستان نیمروز می‌باشد. این تحقیق به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل تمامی روستاهای دارای سابقه طرح هادی و حجم نمونه شامل روستاهایی است که حداقل 4 سال از زمان اجرای طرح هادی در آنها سپری شده باشد. بر این اساس در این پژوهش 10 روستا با 2813 خانوار مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 338 خانوار به عنوان خانوارهای نمونه تعیین گردید. برای تحقق اهداف مورد نظر، ضمن مطالعات اسنادی، طیف گسترده‌ای از شاخص‌ها با ابعاد کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی تعیین و در چارچوب مطالعات میدانی (تکمیل پرسش‌نامه‌ها و فرم‌های مشاهدات میدانی) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌ آماری T تک نمونه‌ای در نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش مؤید آن است که در تمامی متغیرهای تحقیق، میزان عملکرد طرح هادی در ابعاد کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در روستاهای مورد مطالعه پایین‌تر از میانه‌ی نظری (3)، است.

عنوان انگلیسی The assessment of the rate of the villagers' satisfaction from the socio- economic and physical performance of the Rural Guide Plan (Case study: the villages of the Nimrooz city).
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Regarding to the importance of the villages in the development plans of the country, so far lots of plans have been prepared and implemented in order to accelerate the development trend of the rural and decrease the distant gap between urban and rural points. One of the most important plans of this type is the Rural Guide Plan that its goal is consisting of building the rural development, providing the equitable opportunities, conducting the physical condition of the village, mortgage lending, public and environmental services, improvement of the quality of villages, and providing a suitable condition to provide the basis for issuing title deeds of residential property located in the village. Therefore the goal of the current article is to study the rate of the villagers' satisfaction from the physical, socio- economic effects of the Rural Guide Plan in the villages of the Nimrooz city (Southern East of Iran). Based on the cross- sectional method of research the statistical population was all villages of the conductor and the sample was consisting of the villages under cover of the guide plan for at least 4 years. Therefore the numbers of 10 villages (with 2813 families) were investigated. Then by use of the Cochran formula the numbers of the 338 families were selected as the sample families. To earn this goal, parallel to the document studies, a vast range of indices with socio- economic dimensions were determined and in the framework of the field studies (questionnaire and field observations) were investigated. Analyzing the data was done by use of T test in the SPSS software. The results showed that in the all variables of the research the rate of the performance of the Guide Plan in the all socio- economic and physical dimensions in the studied villages were below the theory norm( 3).
