عنوان فارسی ارزیابی عملکرد دهیاران در فرایند توسعه روستایی با تأکید بر گروه های هدف کشاورزی
چکیده فارسی مقاله ارزیابی عملکرد دهیاری‌ها در گروه‌های هدف کشاورزان بخش کونانی از توابع شهرستان کوهدشت هدف نوشتار حاضر می‌باشد که از نظر نوع تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با توجه به روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 2132 نفر از بهره‌برداران روستایی کشاورز در منطقه می‌باشند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری کوکران تعداد 368 نفر از بهره‌برداران کشاورزی در 11 روستای مورد مطالعه از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی دردسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات میدانی در این مطالعه، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی ظاهری و محتوایی آن با کسب نظرات متخصصان، کارشناسان و اساتید و پس از چند مرحله اصلاح و بازنگری به‌دست آمد. پایایی آن، با استفاده از آزمون مقدماتی و از طریق 30 پرسشنامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل، که با استفاده از ماتریس ذی‌نفعان در مدل تلفیقی ASM، نرم‌افزار spss و نرم افزار AmosGraphics انجام شد، نشان می‌دهند که بین ارزیابی عملکرد دهیاران از منظر گروه‌های هدف کشاورزی و توسعه روستاهای مورد مطالعه در ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و کالبدی- زیست محیطی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و همچنین بیشترین اثرات عملکردی دهیاران بر توسعه روستایی بخش کونانی مربوط به اثرات اجتماعی می‌باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the main axes in the analysis of rural issues is the management structure in these communities. But, what of the concept of rural management as a settlement unit to mind may be don’t has more affinity with the common theories about the management. This topic, particularly, in Iran that in which the certain conditions in terms of social and cultural relations is governed on the rural environments, is true. A successful management, is the management that leads to achieviving the goals or objectives of the lead and the real success of the manager depends on the effectiveness and more efficiency of activities for the organization. Therefore, to evaluate a manager's success (or management) should be noted Goals that an organization that has followed and based on rate of achieving to that goals will be assess the manager success. No doubt, achieving to objectives in an organization requires to perform the duties and mission that is considered for that organization. This article is based on the evaluate the manager's operation in development of rurals in Konani region from the Kohdasht city and analyzed them statistically. Thus, this study sought to this answer that “manager function in these three dimensions of rural development of Konani region how and to what extent? In this regard, the main three indicators manager's operation, economic, social and environmental has been determined and the items for each of them selected according to the statute of manager's tasks.
