عنوان فارسی تحلیل فضایی و مکان‌یابی جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG شهر شیراز
چکیده فارسی مقاله در دهه اخیر با توجه به روند رو به رشد مصرف سوخت در بخش حمل و نقل و خسارت‌های اقتصادی ناشی از آن سیاست تغییر سوخت مصرفی به گاز طبیعی فشرده، در دستور کار دولتمردان قرار گرفته است و ایجاد زیر ساخت‌های لازم در این زمینه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. مهمترین زیرساخت لازم، احداث جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG است. این سیاست باعث شده است که جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG به عنوان یکی از مهمترین مراکز خدمات شهری مطرح باشند. شهر شیراز به عنوان ششمین کلان شهر کشور در زمینه جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG، دارای مشکلاتی مانند کمبود جایگاه، عدم توزیع فضایی مناسب جایگاه‌ها، عدم مکان‌یابی صحیح جایگاه‌ها و غیره است. بنابراین باید روش-هایی را به کار گرفت تا با در نظر گرفتن تمامی عوامل بتوان مکان‌های بهینه جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG در این شهر را تعیین نمود. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده که اطلاعات مورد نیاز آن از طریق مشاهده میدانی، مصاحبه، مطالعه طرح‏های صورت گرفته در رابطه با شهر شیراز و نقشه 2000/1 این شهر به دست آمده است. در این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی وضع موجود جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG، شهر شیراز به عنوان مطالعه موردی انتخاب شد، سپس با استفاده از توابع GIS و تحلیل شبکه وضع موجود جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG شهر شیراز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و پس از پی بردن به توزیع نامناسب و کمبود جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG، به کمک مدل AHP و همپوشانی شاخص‌ها در محیط نرم افزار GIS، اراضی شهری بر اساس اولویت از خیلی مناسب تا خیلی نامناسب در هفت دسته برای ایجاد جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG جدید ارزش‌گذاری و مکان‌های جدید پیشنهاد داده شدند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In recent decade, regard to growing trend of Fuel conception in transportation section and the resulted economic losses resulted changing policy of consumption Fuel to compact natural gas, has been regarded in work command of government man and making essential infrastructures in this field is so essential. The most important essential infrastructure is establishing CNG Fuel station. The policy cause that the CNG Fuel places will be one of the most important city service centers in city centers. Shiraz city as the sixth metropolis in our country, have some problems in the field of CNG Fuel places, lack of stations, unsuitable distribution of stations, unsuitable locating stations etc. therefore we should use the method which by assuming the all factors, we can define the best stations for CNG Fuel places in this city. The research method in this study is description analytical which its essential information have been acquired via field observation, interviewing and studying the designed drawings related to Shiraz city and the 1/2000 map of this city. In this research, to analyse the current situation in CNG Fuel, Shiraz city has been chosen for case study, then by using the GIS integral and network analyzing, the existing condition of the CNG Fuel stations in shiraz have been examined and after recognizing unsuitable distribution and the shortage of CNG Fuel stations, by assisting the AHP model and indices overlapping in GIS software, the city lands have been valued according to the priority from most suitable to most unsuitable in 7 groups to make new Fuel stations for CNG.
