عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر کیفیت‌های کالبدی بر میزان حس دلبستگی افراد به مکان در فضاهای مسکونی (نمونه موردی: مجتمع مسکونی لاکانشهر رشت)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هر مکان­ جغرافیایی دارای مشخصه­ و پتانسیل­های متفاوت با سایر مکان­ها است. شناخت مشخصه‌های یک مکان به­دلیل کاربردشان در طراحی و تاثیری که بر انسان دارند از موضوعات مهم برای معماران و طراحان می‌باشد. برای شناخت یک مکان لازم است کیفیت آن بررسی و سنجیده شود. از جمله مفاهیم مطرح در رابطه میان انسان و مکان حس دلبستگی می‌باشد. این حس به‌عنوان پیوندی عاطفی میان انسان و مکان است. حس دلبستگی علاوه بر این‌که موجب احساس امنیت و آرامش می‌شود تمایل افراد به حضور و فعالیت در آن مکان را نیز افزایش خواهد داد که نشان‌دهنده اهمیت موضوع دلبستگی می‌باشد. در پژوهش حاضر فرض بر ‌این است که کیفیت‌های کالبدی موجب ارتقای حس دلبستگی به مکان می‌شوند. این پژوهش، مطالعه‌ای توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی با هدف بررسی امکان ارتقای حس دلبستگی ساکنان به مکان از طریق بهبود کیفیت‌های کالبدی است. مجتمع مسکونی لاکانشهر در شهرستان رشت به‌عنوان محدوده مورد مطالعه انتخاب شد. در روند پژوهش نظرات ساکنان درباره کیفیت­های کالبدی بررسی شده‌اند. داده‌ها در بخش نظری، از طریق مطالعه متن‌ها، مقاله‌ها و کتاب‌ها و در بخش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مربوط به چگونگی کیفیت‌های کالبدی مجتمع مسکونی، از طریق مشاهده میدانی و پرسش‌نامه گردآوری ‌شده‌اند. برای تحلیل داده‌های مذکور از روش رگرسیون چند‌متغیره در نرم‌افزار Spss‌ 20 استفاده ‌شده‌است. براساس مبانی نظری رضایتمندی مولفه مشترک برای سنجش کیفیت کالبدی و حس دلبستگی می‌باشد. نتایج پرسش‌نامه‌ها ضمن تایید فرضیه، رابطه‌ای قوی میان کیفیت‌های کالبدی و حس دلبستگی افراد به مکان را نشان می­دهند و گویای آن هستند که میزان رضایت ساکنان مجتمع مسکونی لاکانشهر از مسکن خود در سطح مطلوب است. کیفیت‌های کالبدی از جمله تراکم ساختمان، تعداد بلوک‌ها، دیدومنظر، الگوی مسیر، نظارت و اختیار، بافت و تضاد مصالح به‌کار‌رفته در نما، صدا، تعلق، نفوذپذیری، محصوریت، حجم ساختمان، تنوع بصری، اندازه مکان و رنگ به‌ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را بر ارتقای حس دلبستگی داشته‌اند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Each geographical location h:::as char:::acteristics and potentials different from other locations. Knowing the characteristics of a place is one of the important issues for architects and designers due to their use in design and the impact they have on humans. To know a place, it is necessary to check and measure its quality. Among the concepts raised in the relationship between man and place is the sense of attachment. This feeling is an emotional connection between man and place. In addition to the feeling of security and peace, the sense of attachment will also increase the desire of people to be present and active in that place, which shows the importance of the issue of attachment. In the current research, it is assumed that physical qualities increase the sense of attachment to a place. This research is a descriptive-analytical and survey study with the aim of investigating the possibility of improving the residents's sense of attachment to the place through the improvement of physical qualities. Lakanshahr residential complex in Rasht was selected as the study area. In the process of research, residents's opinions about physical qualities have been examined. The data were collected in the theoretical part, through reading texts, articles and books, and in the part of collecting information related to the physical qualities of the residential complex, through field observation and questionnaires. To analyze the mentioned data, multivariate regression method was used in Spss 20. Based on theoretical foundations, satisfaction is the common component for measuring physical quality and sense of attachment. The results of the questionnaires, while confirming the hypothesis, show a strong relationship between the physical qualities and people's sense of attachment to the place, and they indicate that the level of satisfaction of the residents of Lakanshahr residential complex with their housing is at the desired level. Physical qualities, including building density, number of blocks, view, path pattern, supervision and authority, texture and contrast of materials used in the facade, sound, belonging, permeability, enclosure, building volume, visual diversity, location size and color respectively have the greatest impact on They have improved the sense of attachment.
