چکیده فارسی مقاله
اگریتوریسم یا گردشگری کشاورزی از تعامل سازنده بین گردشگر و مردمان روستایی که در خلال آن زندگی مردم، هنر، میراث فرهنگی و از همه مهم‌تر کشاورزی آنان به گردشگر شناسانده شده و امکان درآمدزایی مستقیم و توسعه اقتصادی را فراهم میآورد.  اگریتوریسم به‌عنوان زیر مجموعه‌ای از گردشگری روستایی، یکی از زمینه‌های بسیار مناسب برای توسعه پایدار در روستاها است. جذابیت این نوع گردشگری بیشتر به خاطر ابعاد فرهنگی است که روستاییان به آن می‌دهند. در شرایط فعلی، نیاز به درآمد مکمل برای کشاورزان و ایجاد اشتغال برای کمک به کاهش فقر وجود دارد. گردشگری کشاورزی، به‌عنوان فرصتی برای رشد و توسعه شناسایی شده است.از این‌رو در این پژوهش، توان‌سنجی اگریتوریسم و مدیریت توسعه‌ی ان در شهر هشجین  با ارزیابی پتانسیل‌های گردشگری کشاورزی و معرفی روستاهای هدف گردشگری و تدوین استراتژی‌هایی جهت مدیرت توسعه این صنعت است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش تحلیلی_توصیفی و از نوع کاربردی می‌باشد. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات و ارائه استراتژی و راهبرد توسعه‌ی گردشگری‌کشاورزی، از روش تحلیلی SWOT استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر این است که در اولویت اول راهبردهای تهاجمی(so) قرار می‌گیرد. در واقع راهبردهای تهاجمی نشان می‌دهند که با تأکید بر نقاط قوت و فرصت‌ها می‌توان از شدت نقاط ضعف کاسته و تهدیدها را خنثی کرد، و برای تحقق اهداف با بهره‌گیری از این راهبردها، تقویت و افزایش امکانات و خدمات و زیرساخت‌های مواصلاتی و در کنار جاذبه‌ها و منابع کشاورزی و باغداری با هدف جلب رضایت بیشتر گردشگر و ایجاد اشتغال و درآمدزایی پیشنهاد می‌شود، و همچنین ارائه سیاست‌گذاری‌های مناسب در جهت رفع محدودیت‌ها و موانع موجود می‌باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله
Agritourism, or agricultural tourism, arises from a constructive interaction between tourists and rural people, during which the locals' way of life, art, cultural heritage, and most importantly, their agriculture are introduced to visitors. This provides opportunities for direct income generation and economic development. As a subset of rural tourism, agritourism is one of the most suitable fields for sustainable development in rural areas. The appeal of this type of tourism is largely due to the cultural dimensions that rural people bring to it. In the current situation, there is a need for supplementary income for farmers and job creation to help reduce poverty. Agricultural tourism has been identified as an opportunity for growth and development. Therefore, this research assesses the potential of agritourism and its development management in the city of Hashjin by evaluating agricultural tourism potentials, introducing target tourism villages, and developing strategies for managing the development of this industry. The research method in this study is analytical-descriptive and applied. Additionally, the SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the data and present strategies for the development of agricultural tourism. The research findings indicate that offensive strategies (SO) are the first priority. In fact, offensive strategies show that by emphasizing strengths and opportunities, weaknesses can be mitigated and threats neutralized. To achieve these goals, it is suggested to strengthen and increase facilities, services, and communication infrastructure, along with agricultural and horticultural attractions and resources, with the aim of attracting more tourists and creating employment and income generation. Furthermore, providing appropriate policies to address existing limitations and obstacles is recommended.
