چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Digital transformation has become increasingly important in today's world, as it enables organizations to improve their efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging the latest technologies. However, the process of digital transformation is complex and multifaceted, and there are many elements that can impact its success. The objective of this study is to create a comprehensive framework that effectively identifies and categorizes the elements that impact digital transformation in national context. A systematic literature review was conducted, analyzing 63 studies on digital transformation from January 2018 to December 2022 across 11 databases, and relevant data was extracted to address the research objectives. The findings uncovered seven distinct elements that significantly contribute to digital transformation. Utilizing an inductive approach and zooming in and out on the target research, a general framework for digital transformation was established. This framework offers valuable insights for the government, organizations, policymakers, and researchers seeking to implement digital transformation strategies.
