عنوان فارسی بررسی سیتوتاکسونومی جنس Catabrosa P. Beauv. از خانواده Poaceae در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله Catabrosa جنسی علفی و پایا از خانواده Poaceae و طایفه Poeae، با دو گونه C. aquatic (L.) P. Beauv. و C. capusii Franch گزارش شده از ایران است. در این مقاله به مطالعه کروموزومی این جنس در ایران پرداخته شده است. عدد دیپلوئیدی شمارش شده در بین 10 جمعیت متعلق به دو گونه این جنس در ایران 20=n2 است که با منابع پیشین و عدد پایه کروموزومی 5=x مطابقت دارد و نشان از تتراپلوئید بودن این جنس در ایران است. شاخص‌های کاریوتیپ مختلف بررسی شده در این مطالعه در بین جمعیت‌های مختلف مطالعه شده اختلافی نشان نمی‌دهند. با توجه به یکنواختی ریخت‌شناسی در این مطالعه و الحاق گونه C. capusii در گونه C. aquatica، این جنس با یک گونه C. aquatica و دو زیرگونه C. aquatica subsp. aquatic و C. aquatica subsp. capusii در ایران پیشنهاد می‌شود.

عنوان انگلیسی A cytotaxonomic study of Catabrosa P. Beauv. (Poaceae) in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Beauvois (1812) described the genus Catabrosa as a group of perennial and rhizomatous grasses in the tribe Poeae Barnhart. (Poaceae). It is believed that two species namely: C. aquatica (L.) P. Beauv and C. capusii Franche. occurr in Iran. In this study, the chromosomes of the genus Catabrosa were investigated. Based on the diploid numbers counted among 10 accessions belonging to two putative species, only 2n=20 were observed among the materials studied. This is in accordance with the literature and based on x=5, confirms the tetraploid nature of the genus in Iran. Several karyotypic parameters defined in this study showed no variability among the accessions examined. Regarding morphological uniformity among the materials studied and the general tendency of the incorporation of C. capusii in C. aquatica this genus was recognized with one species and two subspecies: aquatica and capusii occring in this country.
