عنوان انگلیسی Morphometry and assessment of geomorphic Indices to determine neotectonic activities in Chele Basin ( Northwest Zagros )
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله    Chele basin is located in Zagros Mountains and the border between Kermanshah and Ilam. Seems young geomorphological landforms in the region, are as a result of Quaternary neotectonic activities . The purpose of this study is assessment of young morphotectonic movements influence on landform evolution in the Chele basin ، and comparing the result with the tentative indices and geomorphic evidences (young scarps ، triangular facet ، lack of hill slopes ، impact hills and borders ، braided alluvial fans and the Chele river asymmetry) ، and also Ilam province station’s GPS data for 2006 ، 2007 and 2008. In this research, have been used GPS data, field observations, geomorphic indices (SL ، AF ، Fmf ، Smf) topographic and geologic maps ، aerial photographs and ArcGIS software to analysis morphotectonic of region. The results approved the neotectonic movements and right ward uplift in northwest Zagros. The used Tentative indices used and also evidences of transfigurated young landforms, indicated active neotectonic movements and right ward uplifts and strikes.
