چکیده انگلیسی مقاله  The purpose of this study is investigation of relationship between population dispersion and distribution of services in urban area of yazd city. Descriptive-analytic methodology was used in this study according to physical devising Housing and urbanization organization. Yazd city is comprised of 11urban areas, with areas of 13415 (ha) and 447259 population Spatial distribution of population in urban areas of yazd city is almost normal. The highest density is in the centre of the city and around and the lowest density is in the suburban and surrounding of the city. According of investigated data based on TOPSIS method using 15 indices of Urban Public Service, shahedieh area which has the lowest density of Population enjoys high rate of service distribution and area from region 3 is the most imbalanced area in terms of population dispersion and distribution of services Relationship. between population dispersion and services distribution Spearman method (0/073) was weak based on. In some areas there are clear differences between population and services which shows in Compatibility between these two variables. Thus establishing logical and coordinate relationship between population dispersion and services distribution in urban areas of Yazd city is necessary for reaching sustainable development.
