چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه ربات ها نقش پررنگی در زندگی ما انسان ها پیدا کرده اند. در سال های اخیر، ربات های اجتماعی به
بخشی از انواع فعالیت های انسانی تبدیل شده اند، بویژه در برنامه هایی مانند سرگرمی، آموزش، همراهی که شامل کودکان
نیز می شود، علاقمندی این کار در تعامل ربات های اجتماعی با کودکان در زمینه آموزش های ویژه است. هدف این پژوهش
بررسی سیستماتیک کاربرد و چالش های استفاده از ربات ها در آموزش ویژه بود.
روش: برای شناسایی چالش ها و کاربرد ربات های اجتماعی، از 2 روش اسنادی و گروه های مرجع استفاده شد. در ابتدا
و پس از بررسی منابع مرتبط، درمجموع 355 منبع شناسایی شد که 26 مورد از آنها براساس ملاک های سودمندی، به طور
دقیق تر ارزیابی شد. پس از تحلیل چندمرحله ای و استخراج یافته ها، موارد به نسبت مشترک با یکدیگر تلفیق و در 3 بخش
حوزه های اصلی، ابعاد و نشانگرهای کیفیت دسته بندی شدند. در گام بعدی، پس از بررسی اعتبار یافته ها به روش مرور
همتا، این یافته ها متناسب با شرایط پالایش شدند.
یافته ها: با توجه به چالش های موجود، نتایج نشان داد، ربات های اجتماعی در دستیابی به اهداف درمانی و آموزشی
بویژه برای حمایت از کودکان با نیازهای ویژه مؤثر بودند.
نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه تعداد زیادی تلاش برای به کارگیری ربات های اجتماعی در آموزش ویژه کودکان با آسیب های
مختلف، بویژه در سال های اخیر و همچنین طیف گسترده ای از ربات های اجتماعی از بازار را نشان داد که در چنین
فعالیت هایی مشارکت دارند. همچنین با توجه به نقش پرررنگی که ربات ها در آموزش خصوصاً آموزش ویژه می توانند ایفا
کنند و با عنایت به یافته های پیشین که حا کی از تأثیرات مثبت ربات های اجتماعی در آموزش و درمان کودکان با نیازهای
ویژه بود. نتیجه اصلی این کار این است که زمینه خاص کاربرد ربات های اجتماعی در اولین گام توسعه است با این حال،
انتظار می رود که در سال های آتی مورد توجه جامعه پژوهشی قرار گیرد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract
Background and purpose: Today, robots have found a prominent role in our human lives. In recent
years, social robots have become a part of all kinds of human activities, especially in programs such as
entertainment, education, companionship that include children, the interest of this work is in the interaction
of social robots with children in the field of special education. The aim of this research was to systematically
investigate the application and challenges of using robots in special education.
Method: To identify the challenges and application of social robots, two documentary methods and
reference groups have been used. At the beginning and after examining the related sources, a total of 355
sources were identified, 26 of which were evaluated more precisely based on the criteria of usefulness.
After the multi-stage analysis and extracting the findings, the relatively common cases were combined with
each other and categorized into three main areas, dimensions and quality indicators. In the next step, after
checking the validity of the findings by the peer review method, these findings were refined according to the
conditions.
Findings: The results showed that social robots were effective in achieving therapeutic and educational
goals, especially for supporting children with special needs.
Conclusion: This study showed a large number of attempts to apply social robots in the special education
of children with different disabilities, especially in recent years, as well as a wide variety of social robots
from the market that are involved in such activities. Also, considering the colorful role that robots can play
in education, especially special education, and considering the previous findings that indicated the positive
effects of social robots in the education and treatment of children with special needs. The main result of this
work is that the specific field of application of social robots is in the first step of development, however, it is
expected that it will receive the attention of the research community in the coming years.
