عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش شغل و سن فرزند بر بهزیستی ذهنی و رضایت زناشویی زنان
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه نقش شغل و سن فرزند بر بهزیستی ذهنی و رضایت زناشویی زنان بود. نمونه این پژوهش عبارت بودند از 200 نفر زن شاغل و خانه­دار دارای فرزند خردسال و بدون فرزند خردسال که به روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس، از نواحی شمال، مرکز و جنوب شهر تهران انتخاب شدند به طوریکه 50 نفر از آنها زنان شاغل دارای فرزند خردسال،50 نفر زنان خانه­دار دارای فرزند خردسال،50 نفر زنان شاغل بدون فرزند خردسال و 50 نفر زنان خانه­دار بدون فرزند خردسال بودند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده این پژوهش پرسشنامه­های شادکامی آکسفورد (فرم کوتاه)، مقیاس رضایت از زندگی و مقیاس سنجش رابطه بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد سن فرزند و شغل تآثیر معنی داری بر شادکامی و رضایت زناشویی زنان ندارد. اما تآثیر سن فرزند بر رضایت از زندگی معنی دار بود. به طوریکه رضایت از زندگی زنان دارای فرزند خردسال بیش از زنان بدون فرزند خردسال بود. به طور کل نتایج پژوهش بیانگر تاثیر مثبت حضور فرزند خردسال بر رضامندی زنان از زندگی است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله  The overall objective of the present study was to the role of the women’s job and the ageof a child on subjective well-being and marital satisfaction. The research sample consisted of 200 working women and housewives with young child and no young child that were chosen by sampling method from the north, center and west Tehran in order to 50 working women with young child, 50 housewives with young child,50 working women with no young child and 50 housewives with no young child. In order to collect data, the Oxford Happiness Inventory (short form), and life satisfaction scale and evaluation of the relationship Scale were used. To analyze the data of the present study the two-factor multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was used. Based on the findings obtained in the present study, the affection of the age of a child and women’s job on the happiness and marital satisfaction of women was significant, so that the life satisfaction among women with young child were more likely than women with no young child. According to the findings obtained in marital satisfaction Housewives and working with young child and no young child was no significant difference. Totally, the findings of the research shows that the positive affect of the young child on women’s life satisfaction.
