عنوان فارسی مطالعه ریخت‌شناسی و گرده‌‌شناسی سه بخش از جنس Onobrychis Mill. در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این پژوهش، ریخت‌شناسی و گرده‌شناسی 40 جمعیت متعلق به 17 گونه از سه بخش Heliobrychis، Afghanichae و Lophobrychis از جنس Onobrychis در ایران مطالعه شد. در مطالعه ریخت‌شناسی، 59 ویژگی کمّی وکیفی بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه به خوبی بخش‌های مطالعه شده را از یکدیگر تفکیک کرد. با وجود این که دانه‌های گرده در گونه‏های جنس Onobrychis از نظرصفات ریخت‌شناسی مانند دارا بودن سه شیار و تزیینات مشبک مشابه هستند، اما از نظر صفات کمّی ریخت شناسی تنوع شایان توجهی در آنها مشاهده شد. طول محورهای قطبی و استوایی از جمله ویژگی‌های با ارزش هستند و بر اساس این اطلاعات می‏توان گونه‏های مطالعه شده را در سه گروه جای داد. این گروه‌بندی نتایج حاصل از مطالعه ریخت‌شناسی را تا حد زیادی تأیید می‌کند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this study, plant morphology and palynology of 40 populations belonging to 17 species from 3 sections of the genus Onobrychis, namely Afghanichae, Heliobrychis and Lophobrychis, were investigated. In morphological study, 59 quantitative and qualitative characters comprising vegetative and reproductive structures were investigated and 3 groups were distinguished. In spite of the comparatively homogenous morphological features including, 3-colpate and reticulate ornamentation, a considerable variation was observed in the quantitative morphological characters of the pollen grains. However, among the studied pollen morphological characters, equatorial and polar diameters were more significant than others and based on these data, the members of the studied sections could be divided into 3 groups. This confirmed the results obtained from morphological survey.
