چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The issue of "self" and who is "us" against the West is one of the major topics of interest to contemporary Iranian intellectuals. With reference to the works of intellectuals who have written about this subject area, it is clear that they have different views, each of the "tradition" a certain idea originated in the "self-Iran" sitting discussion.This article is the concept of "self" in terms of "tradition" nationalist thinking specifically of the votes of two contemporary Iranian thinkers, Fakhruddin Ahmed Kasrawī and Shadman manifested, are analyzed. Thus, the basic question that this paper should be formed in order to call it, is that the intellectuals "tradition" of thought above the idea of the concept of "self", and according to which social and theoretical backgrounds have the impression ?Article hypothesis is that the "old" nationalist intellectual intellectuals definition of the concept of "self" by reading the teachings of the intellectual and spiritual heritage "we" within Iran and the Persian language as the common forms and their stories of life "Iranian self" based on historical narratives Iran. The present paper is structured along two main axes. In the first priority when considering life as well as the primacy of grace, to explain the ideas of Sayyid Ahmad Kasravi and the second axis Fakhroddin Shadman we have discussed ideas. Finally, to summarize the discussions and conclusions of the article is the question and hypothesis.
