عنوان فارسی مقایسه مصونیت دبیران زبان انگلیسی موسسات خصوصی با مدارس دولتی در کشور ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مصونیت به دبیران کمک می کند تا با وجود چالش هایی که تجربه می کندد، با انگیزه، متعهد، و خلاق باقی بمانند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش مقایسه مصونیت 60 نفر از دبیران و بررسی تاثیر متغیر ها از جمله فشار کاری و استرس شغلی بر مصونیت در محیط های مختلف آموزشی شهر تبریز از جمله موسسات خصوصی و مدارس دولتی با استفاده از پرسش نامه بود هدف اول این مطالعه مقایسه مصونیت دبیران موسسات خصوصی و مدارس دولتی بود. هدف دوم این مطالعه بررسی وجود یا نبود ارتباط بین فشار کاری و مصونیت دبیران بود. هدف سوم این مطالعه بررسی وجود ارتباط بین استرس کاری و مصونیت دبیران بود. . نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که مصونیت دبیران مدارس دولتی بیشتر از مصونیت دبیران موسسات خصوصی است.همچنین، یافته ها نشان داد که فشار کاری و استرس شغلی دبیران هر دو با مصونیت آن ها رابطه منفی دارد. محققانی که در زمینه تربیت معلم و تولید محتوای آموزشی فعالیت می کنند می توانند از یافته های این مطالعه بهره مند شوند. دوره های آموزش معلمان باید به طور کامل بازنگری و به روز شوند تا خودآگاهی دبیران را افزایش دهند.

عنوان انگلیسی A Comparison of Iranian EFL Teachers' Immunity at Private Institutes and State schools
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Language teacher immunity aid teachers at every step of the way to stay inspired and dedicated, creative and emotionally stable through the challenges they experience. The main purpose of this survey-based research study was to compare 60 teachers’ immunity from Tabriz, Iran and investigate various variables’ (role overload and job stress) impact on these teachers’ immunity in different educational contexts which are private institutes and public-schools. This study aimed to scrutinize whether there are any differences between teachers’ immunity in private institutes and public-schools. The second goal was to see whether there are any relationships between role overload and teacher immunity. The third objective was to see whether there are any relationships between job stress and teacher immunity. The results indicated that public-school teachers’ immunity was higher than private school teachers’ immunity. The findings also suggested that role overload and job stress both have negative relationships with teacher immunity. Researchers working in the fields of teacher education and the production of instructional materials can benefit from this study’s findings. Teacher education courses must be completely revised and updated to have a self-awareness component.
