عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط تعلق‌پذیری بالینی و ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاران بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تعلق‌پذیری بالینی و ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای می‌توانند بر نگرش به حرفه‌ پرستاری و در نتیجه کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری و سلامت بیماران تاثیر گذار باشد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط تعلق‌پذیری بالینی و ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌ مراقبت ویژه شهر یاسوج انجام شد.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی، توصیفی –تحلیلی می باشد که بر روی 126 پرستار شاغل در بخش‌ مراقبت ویژه بزرگسالان بیمارستان‌های شهر یاسوج در سال 1402 انجام گردید. شرکت­کنندگان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تمام‌شماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه­های تعلق‌پذیری بالینی و ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای به صورت خودگزارشی استفاده شد. برای بررسی ارتباط بین ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای با نمره تعلق پذیری بالینی از آزمون Independent Samples Test و ANOVA Oneway و Pearson Correlation استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS سری 26 انجام شد.
 یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کل تعلق‌پذیری بالینی و ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاران به ترتیب 75/13 ± 68/109 و 07/11±22/106 بود. این نمرات نشان‌دهنده سطح خوب تعلق‌پذیری بالینی و سطح مطلوب ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای است. بین محل خدمت و تعلق‌پذیری بالینی رابطه معنی‌دار آماری مشاهده شد (02 /0.(p= همچنین بین تعلق‌پذیری بالینی و ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاران رابطه معنادار آماری مشاهده شد (003 /0p= و 38 /0r=)
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد تعلق‌پذیری بالینی و ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاران باهم ارتباط دارند. توصیه می‌شود مسئولان و  مدیران پرستاری از نتایج این مطالعه در جهت ارتقاء حس تعلق‌پذیری به محیط بالینی و ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاران برنامه‌ریزی کنند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله ABSTRACT
Background and Aim: Clinical belongingness and professional values ​​of nurses can affect the attitude towards the nursing profession and consequently the quality of nursing care and patients' health. This study aimed to determine the relationship between clinical belongingness and professional values ​​in nurses working in the adult ICU in Yasuj in 2023.
Materials and Methods: The present study is a cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical type conducted on 126 nurses working in the adult ICU of Yasuj hospitals in 2023. The participants were census. To collect information from questionnaires Clinical belongingness and professional values ​​were used. Independent Samples Test, Oneway ANOVA and Pearson Correlation were used to investigate the relationship between professional values ​​and clinical belongingness. Data analysis was done using SPSS 26 software.
Results: results showed, the mean and standard deviation of the total score of clinical belongingness and professional values ​​of nurses were 109.68 ± 13.75 and 106.22 ± 11.07, respectively. A statistically significant relationship was observed between the type of ICU and clinical belongingness(P=0.02). Also, a statistically significant relationship was observed between clinical belongingness and professional values ​​of nurses (p=0.003 and r=0.38).
Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that the clinical belongingness and professional values ​​of nurses are related. It is recommended that nursing officials and managers use the results of this study to improve the sense of belonging to the clinical environment and the professional values ​​of nurses.
