عنوان فارسی میزان رضایت شغلی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده‌های دندانپزشکی شهر تهران : یک مطالعه مقطعی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده مقدمه: رضایت شغلی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده‌های دندانپزشکی تا کنون چندان مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رضایت شغلی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده‌های دندانپزشکی شهر تهران  انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده های دندانپزشکی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی، شاهد، تهران و آزاد  در سال 98-1397 انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ی رضایت شغلی اسمیت، کندال و هالین (44 سوال)،  اطلاعات دموگرافیک و رضایت شغلی  آن‌ها در 6 حیطه مختلف شامل حقوق و مزایا، فرصت‌های ارتقاء و رشد فردی، نحوه‌ی سـرپرستی و ارتباطات، شرایط روانی و امنیت شـغلی، شرایط فیزیکی و ماهیت کار بدست آمد. پاسخ‌ها با مقیاس لیکرت از 1 تا 5 به هر یک از سوالات اختصاص یافت. از آزمونهای آماری Kruskal wallis ، آزمون T مستقل و ضریب همبستگی s‏pearman  جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها:  164 نفر از اساتید پرسشنامه ها را تکمیل کردند. بیشتر اساتید رضایت متوسطی در اکثر حیطه‌ها داشتند. طوری که %3/46 رضایت متوسطی درباره حقوق و مزایا، 3%/48 در حیطه فرصت‌های ارتقاء و رشد فردی، %70 در حیطه نحوه‌ی سـرپرستی و ارتباطات، %6/46 در حیطه شرایط روانی و امنیت شـغلی، % 4/60 در حیطه شرایط فیزیکی ، %3/54 در حیطه ماهیت کار و %4/78 نیز در کل حیطه‌ها رضایت متوسطی را نشان دادند. ارتباط معنی‌داری بین سن و امتیازات رضایت شغلی در حیطه‌های حقوق و مزایا و نحوه‌ی سرپرستی و ارتباطات دیده شد.(p<0.05) با افزایش سن افراد، میزان رضایت شغلی در حیطه حقوق و مزایا افزایش و در حیطه نحوه‌ی سرپرستی و ارتباطات کاهش پیدا کرده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: طبق یافته‌های این مطالعه، بیشتر اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده های دندانپزشکی تهران رضایت شغلی متوسطی نشان دادند. بیشترین رضایت شغلی در حیطه ماهیت کار و کمترین در حیطه حقوق و مزایا دیده شد. استفاده از یک سیستم ارزشیابی مناسب برای بهبود میزان رضایت شغلی در حیطه‌ی حقوق و مزایا ضرورت دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Job Satisfaction among Dental School Faculty in Tehran, Iran: A Cross-Sectional Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Job satisfaction among dental faculty members has remained relatively understudied. This study aimed to evaluate the level of job satisfaction of faculty members teaching at dental schools. Methods and Materials: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, data collection was conducted using the persian version of the Smith, Kendall, and Hulin job descriptive index questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among faculty members attending dental school at Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Shahed and Islamic Azad Medical University from January 2018-2019. The survey collected demographic information and assessed satisfaction in six domains: salary and benefits, opportunities for promotion and personal growth, supervision and communication, mental conditions and job security, physical conditions and the nature of work. Data collection involved rating their satisfaction in each domain on a 5-point Likert scale. Kruskal–Wallis, Independent samples T-test and Spearman’s Correlation Coefficient were used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 164 faculty members completed the questionnaire. The majority of participants (%78.4) showed a moderate level of overall job satisfaction. A moderate level of satisfaction was observed in salary and benefits (%46.3), opportunities for promotion and personal growth (%48.3), supervision and communication (%70), mental conditions and job security (%64.6), physical conditions and the nature of work (%54.3). There was a statistically significant relationship between age and the scores for the “supervision and communication” and the “salary and benefits” domains (P<0.05 for both). Older age resulted in higher “salary and benefits” scores and lower “supervision and communication” scores. Conclusion: The majority of faculty members exhibited a moderate level of overall job satisfaction. The domain with lowest satisfaction score was “salaries and benefits” which should be addresses through careful assessment and meticulous planning.
