عنوان فارسی تاثیر اصول حاکمیت شرکتی بر درک اثربخش مبارزه با پولشویی
چکیده فارسی مقاله
هدف این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر اصول حاکمیت شرکتی بر ادراک اثربخش مبارزه با پولشویی است. این پژوهش از حیث هدف، با توجه به اهداف پژوهش جزو پژوهش‌های کاربردی است و از منظر گردآوری داده‌ها، در مجموعه پژوهش‌‌های پیمایشی قرار می‌گیرد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه رؤسا و معاونین بانک‌های استان گیلان طی سال 1402 است. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه و به روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی در دسترس 173 نفر به دست آمده است.  به منظور سنجش مدل پژوهش و آزمون فرضیه‌ها، روش معادلات ساختاری مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که یک رابطه معنادار بین اصول حاکمیت شرکتی بر ادراک اثربخش سیاست‌های ضدپولشویی در بین ابعاد فرعی چندگانه وجود دارد. این مطالعه نیاز به سیاست‌ها و استراتژی‌های مؤثر برای ارتقای حاکمیت شرکتی در ایران را برجسته می‌کند که تنها از طریق افزایش آگاهی، دانش و پایبندی به رفتار اخلاقی می‌توان به دست آورد. این مطالعه تحقیقاتی پیامدهای مهمی برای دانشگاهیان، سیاست‌گذاران و دست‌اندرکاران صنعت بانکداری علاقه‌مند به حوزه حاکمیت شرکتی، به ویژه در زمینه مبارزه با پولشویی و پیامدهای آن برای مشاغل و جامعه ارائه می‌دهد.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Impact of Corporate Governance Principles on the Effective Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of corporate governance principles on the perception of the effectiveness of combating money laundering. In terms of purpose, according to the objectives of the research, this research is one of the applied researches, and from the point of view of data collection, it is included in the collection of survey researches. The statistical population of this research is all presidents and vice presidents of banks in Gilan province during the year 2023. The data of the research was obtained using a questionnaire and non-probability sampling method available to 173 people. In order to measure the research model and test the hypotheses, the Structural equation method was used. The results of this research showed that there is a significant relationship between the principles of corporate governance on the perception of the effectiveness of anti-money laundering policies among multiple sub-dimensions. This study highlights the need for effective policies and strategies to promote corporate governance in Iran, which can only be achieved through increasing awareness, knowledge and adherence to ethical behavior. This research study provides important implications for academics, policy makers, and banking industry practitioners interested in the field of corporate governance, particularly in the context of anti-money laundering and its implications for businesses and society.
