عنوان فارسی ارتقاء سرزندگی اجتماعی و حس محله در فضاهای همگانی مجتمع‌های مسکونی استطاعت‌پذیر (نمونه موردی: مسکن مهر شهر جدید صدرا)
چکیده فارسی مقاله در روند شهرنشینی معاصر مجتمع‌های مسکونی نقش غیر قابل انکاری در رفع نیاز سکونتی شهروندان ایفا می‌کنند. از این میان بسیاری از مجموعه‌های مسکونی استطاعت‌پذیر به دلیل صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌های ساخت، فاقد امکانات تفریحی و اجتماعی مناسب هستند که تاثیر منفی بر سرزندگی اجتماعی ساکنان خواهد داشت. کاهش چشم‌گیر روابط اجتماعی در دهه‌های اخیر درون جامعه و به طور ویژه میان همسایگان در مجتمع‌های مسکونی موجب کاهش تعاملات سازنده میان شهروندان شده است؛ از این رو حس محله جایگاه ویژه‌ای در بررسی‌های مرتبط با کیفیت زندگی شهری پیدا کرده است. با توجه به اینکه حس محله مفاهیمی همچون احساس رضایت از زندگی، احساس عضویت در یک گروه، پویایی اجتماعی، و نیز احساس مشترک بودن دغدغه‌های میان اعضای یک جامعه را در خود دارد، ارتقاء حس محله در مجموعه های مسکونی جز از طریق طراحی و ارتقاء کیفیت فضای همگانی جهت افزایش میزان تعاملات سازنده میان استفاده‌کنندگان از آن‌ها میسر نخواهد بود. این پژوهش که به روش طراحی شهری شواهد محور صورت پذیرفته است و در آن مبانی نظری به روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و نیز اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق فن تحلیل انگاشت رفتاری و نیز پرسشنامه گردآوری شده‌اند، به دنبال شناسایی شاخص‌های طراحی موثر بر حس محله در مجتمع‌های مسکونی استطاعت‌پذیر است تا با توجه به نظرات و رفتار ساکنین در فضای همگانی مجتمع از طریق شاخص‌های تبیین شده به ارتقا حس محله بپردازد. تقویت حس محله، متاثر از شرایط محیطی و طراحی شهری فضای همگانی، موجب افزایش تعامل اجتماعی و در نهایت کیفیت زندگی در مجتمع های مسکونی استطاعت‌پذیر می‌گردد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In contemporary urbanization, residential complexes are crucial in addressing citizens' housing needs. However, many affordable residential complexes often lack adequate recreational and social facilities due to cost-saving measures, negatively impacting residents' social vitality. The decline in social interactions, particularly among neighbors in residential complexes, has reduced constructive community engagement, making the sense of community a vital aspect of urban life quality studies.
The sense of community encompasses satisfaction with life, belonging to a group, social dynamics, and shared concerns among society members. Enhancing this sense of community in residential complexes relies on thoughtful design and the improvement of public spaces to foster constructive interactions among residents. This research, based on evidence-based urban design and incorporating theoretical insights from literature and real-world data gathered through behavioral assessments and surveys, aims to identify key design indicators that influence the sense of community.
By considering residents' opinions and behaviors in the public spaces of residential complexes, this study seeks to propose design interventions that enhance the sense of community. Strengthening the sense of community, influenced by environmental conditions and urban design of public spaces, ultimately increases social interaction and improves the quality of life in affordable residential complexes.
