چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Nowadays a factor that determines the significance of an intellectual is the extent to which the other scholars and researchers refer to his work. Bearing this in mind, Allameh Tabatabaie is one of the most significant Islamic intellectuals that his publications have been referred much recently. This can be traced back in his deep and wide understanding of philosophy, mysticism, interpretation, politics, Islamic law and etc.philosophical thought basics of Allameh Tabatabaie that not only has affected his socio-political thinking, but also determines his view of the socio-political issues, is the Theory of constructional perception. Drawing on the significance and necessity of presenting the socio-political thought of Allameh and its basics, in this paper it has been tried to focus on the essentials and cognitive suppositions of the Allameh's political thoughts and mostly on its important component, the Theory of constructional perception. This paper also investigates the result of such view on Allameh's political thoughts i.e. the way he looks at the different political issues of the society like the source of social and thinking problems, human being, society itself, the government and its ideal situation,law, justice and economics. Consequently, socio-political thought of Allameh Tabatabai in the light of the constructional perception theory has capabilities that in distinction of relativistic ideas, opens new space in the world of politics and in compliance with the essential principles of Islam lead to the results that Reveal answers many of the problems of our time based on the acceptance of diversity and change.
