عنوان فارسی بررسی و نقد ترجمه کتاب فصول فی فقه العربیه
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده گرچه از چاپ اولیه کتاب، بیش از 40 سال می­گذرد اما در بین کتب فقه‌اللغه از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. با توجه‌به سرفصل‌های مشترک در اغلب کتاب‌های این حوزه آنچه جایگاه اثر را تقویت می­کند جامعیت و تحلیل علمی و پرهیز از نقل و روایت محض است؛ هرچند کتاب‌های دیگری نیز بعد از این کتاب به چاپ رسیده­اند ولی جایگاه و مشخصه علمی کتاب رمضان عبدالتواب را نداشته­اند. حمیدرضا شیخی سال 1367 ش ترجمه­ای از کتاب فوق به دست داده است که با نقد و بررسی آن به شیوه استقراء تام و تطبیق اصطلاحی و ساختاری ترجمه وی با اصل اثر این نتایج عمده حاصل شد که ترجمه فارسی کتاب صرف­نظر از اغلاط چاپی نه‌چندان کم و برخی اشتباهات در فهم و انتقال مفاهیم در مجموع ترجمه­ای قابل قبول و مورد اطمینان است. شاید مهمترین نکته در این ترجمه، عدم برگردان شواهد شعری است که جز در یک فصل، در بقیه کتاب بدون ترجمه رها شده، و چه‌بسا استباط مترجم این بوده که ذکر این ابیات به عنوان نمونه آوایی، صرفی یا نحوی بوده و بُعد معنایی و مفهومی آن مدنظر مؤلف قرار نداشته است. ولی باید پذیرفت که مخاطب اصلی اثر، عرب­زبانان یا عربی­دانان هستند و مخاطب ترجمه غالبا غیرعرب زبانان.

عنوان انگلیسی A Critical Review of the Translation of Ramadan Abdel Tawab’s Foosol Fye Fiqh Al Arabia
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Although more than forty years have passed since the publication of Foosol Fye Fiqh Al Arabia by Ramadan Abdel Tawab, the book holds a high reputation among the books of jurisprudence vocabulary and has been reprinted several times. Considering the common topics in most of such books in this field, what strengthens the status and place of a literary piece of work is a comprehensive and scientific analysis and avoidance of pure narrative. Considering the other books published since then, these books have never enjoyed the scientific place and features of Ramadan Abdel Tawab’s book. Thus, Hamidreza Shaikhi became interested in translating this book among the others. He translated the book in 1367 AH. A critical review of his book through pure inductive reasoning, comparing the terms and structure shows that apart from the print mistakes which are not few and some mistakes in conveying the concepts, the Persian translation is acceptable and trustworthy. Even though a good translation is one with very little mistakes in all aspects, here the number of mistakes can be ignored due to the thickness of the book; one of the significant points in this translation could be leaving the poems untranslated, except one chapter. the translator might have deducted that translating the lines as rhymes are morphological and syntactic examples and the semantic and conceptual aspects were not the intention of the writer. However, we have to accept that the addresses of the original book are Arabs and Arabic speaking people and the addressees of the translated book are mainly non-speaking Arabs.
