عنوان فارسی بررسی انتقادی کتاب آموزشی «تعلیم اللغه العربیه» ویژه دانشجویان رشته حقوق
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده از مهمترین چالش­های آموزش زبان عربی در ایران، آموزش آن با اهداف خاص می­باشد. تعلیم اللغه العربیه اثر مشترک دکتر فرامرز میرزایی و دکتر علی نظری، کتابی است که به منظور آموزش زبان عربی به دانشجویان رشته حقوق تدوین شده است. ارتباط تنگاتنگ برخی حوزه­های رشته حقوق با زبان عربی و نبود کتاب­های آموزشی متنوع در این حوزه، ضرورت تالیف چنین آثاری را دو چندان ساخته است. در این مقاله دو بعد شکلی و محتوایی اثر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در خصوص بعد شکلی به طرح جلد، حروف­نگاری، صفحه­آرایی، صحافی، علایم نگارشی، و اشتباهات تایپی پرداخته می­شود. محور بررسی محتوایی نیز تناسب عنوان و محتوا، نظم منطقی فصول و مباحث آن، نقد محتوای علمی، رسایی و روانی اثر و ارجاع­دهی می­باشد. امتیازات اصلی کتاب به تدوین نمونه­ها و تمرین­های فراوان فقهی، و تا حدودی به چیدمان جدید اثر باز می­گردد. اما از طرف دیگر وجود کاستی­های شکلی و محتوایی می­طلبد که نویسندگان در چاپ­های بعدی به برطرف کردن آن اهتمام ورزند.

عنوان انگلیسی Critical Review of “Talimol Loghatol Arabia” (Teaching Arabic Lexis) as a Textbook for Students of Law
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract One of the main challenges in the Iranian educational system is teaching Arabic for specific purposes. “Talimol Loghatol Arabia” coauthored by Dr Faramarz Mirzaeei and Dr Ali Nazari is a textbook developed for teaching Arabic to students of law. The close interconnection of some areas of the field of law with Arabic language and lack of diversity of textbooks in this area, has doubled the need for writing such works. In this article, form and content of the book have been examined. Regarding the formal dimension, book cover, letter writing, layout, binding, punctuations and typographical errors were analyzed. Analysis of the content revolved around congruence of contents and topics, logical order of the chapters and their discussed issues, critique of the scientific contents, adequacy and fluency of the script and analysis of the referencing system. The prominent aspects of the book were development of plenty of legal examples and practices and partly its new arrangement. Yet, there were shortcomings in forms and contents that demanded for the authors’ efforts to resolve them in the next editions of the book.
