عنوان فارسی تبیین اهمیت "رتوریک" در رسالت آموزشی دانشگاه ملّی مهارت با تکیه بر آموزه‌های "قرآن‌کریم" و معارف "نهج‌البلاغه"
چکیده فارسی مقاله امروزه با وجود پیشرفت‌های علمی و تحولات فناورانه، ابعاد مختلف فرهنگی، اجتماعی و هویتی زندگی انسان با چالش‌هایی مواجه شده‌که جهت حل آنها نه‌تنها انطباق با تکنولوژی، بلکه پیش‌تر و مهم‌تر از آن، رفعِ بحران‌هایِ ایجاد شده پررنگ می‌شود. دانشگاه ملّی مهارت که نقشی مهم در آموزش و تأمینِ سرمایه انسانی بازار کار به ‌عهده دارد، می‌کوشد تا شکاف موجود میان آموزش دانشگاهی و مهارت‌های موردنیاز را پُرنماید. در راستای این هدف، پرسشی مطرح می‌شود که چگونه می‌توان پراکندگی‌های ایجادشده را انسجام بخشید و برای رفع بحران چه راه‌حلی پیشنهاد می‌شود؟ پژوهش‌های انجام شده تاکنون بیشتر به آموزش‌های علمی پرداخته؛ ولی آموزش اخلاق مطابق فرهنگ اسلامی هنوز جایگاه اصلی خود را نیافته‌است. ازآنجاکه بدون توجه به این امر مهم، رسالت دانشگاه دارای اثربخشی لازم نخواهد بود؛ ضرورت پژوهش مطرح‌شده و فرضیه‌ای شکل‌می‌گیرد که مسئله فوق ناشی از بی‌توجهی به جایگاه مهم ارزش‌های اخلاقی (رتوریک) به‌عنوان حلقه اتصال بین تعلیم ‌و تربیت جهت رفع بحران‌های موجود است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و روش آن توصیفی-تحلیلی مبتنی بر مطالعه منابع دینی در جهت شناخت اصول اخلاق اسلامی و سپس استدلال منطقی و استنتاج در جهت ارائه راهکار است. معارف حاصل شده از "قرآن‌کریم" و "نهج‌البلاغه" شالوده پژوهش را شکل می‌دهند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Today, despite the rapid scientific progress and technological developments, various cultural, social and identity dimensions of human life have faced challenges, in order to solve them, not only adapting to modern technology, but more importantly, paying attention to the resolution of the created crises, is highlighted. In line with this goal, a question arises as to how the created dispersions can be integrated and what solution is proposed in this direction? The researches carried out so far mostly focus on scientific education. But skill training and moral recommendations according to Islamic culture have not yet found their place and have received less attention. Because without paying attention to this important matter, the mission of the university will not have the necessary efficiency and effectiveness; The necessity of this research is proposed and the hypothesis is formed that the above problem is caused by the neglect of the important place of ethics in university education and the explanation of the importance of ethics and the emphasis on moral values (rhetorical education) in the field of education and training of specialists as a link between education and training in order to solve the crises Existing can be effective. The method of this research is based on the study of religious and scientific sources in order to understand the basic themes and then logical reasoning and inference in order to provide a solution. The knowledge gained from reading "Holy Quran" and "Nahj al-Balagha" forms the foundation of the research.
