عنوان فارسی فراترکیب چهارچوب جامع برنامهٔ درسی کارورزی بر اساس رویکرد یادگیری ترکیبی در نظام تربیت‌معلم
چکیده فارسی مقاله سال‌هاست در نظام‌های تعلیم‌و‌تربیت بر کاربست فنّاوری و رسانه‌های برخط در امر آموزش تأکید می‌شود؛ با‌این‌حال تمرکز بر آموزش مجازی و برخط به‌ویژه دربارهٔ درس‌های عملی نظیر کارورزی که بر تلفیق نظریه و عمل تأکید دارد کاستی‌های فقدان آموزش حضوری را به همراه خواهد داشت. از رویکردهای تعدیل این مسئله بهره‌گیری از نظام طراحی و تدوین برنامه‌های درسی عملی با استفاده از رویکرد یادگیری ترکیبی است. بر‌این‌اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائهٔ چهارچوب جامع برنامهٔ درسی کارورزی بر اساس یادگیری ترکیبی در نظام تربیت‌معلم است. این پژوهش ازنظر ماهیت کیفی، از‌نظر هدف کاربردی و از‌نظر روش کیفی است. به‌منظور دستیابی به هدف اصلی چهار پرسش مطرح و برای پاسخ به آن‌ها از روش فراترکیب با الگوی هفت‌مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو و تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. نمونه‌گیری به روش هدفمند انتخابی از میان منابع علمی معتبر برای سال‌های 1380 تا 1402 و بر اساس روش CASP انجام گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش شامل شناسایی سی مضمون اولیه از 118 مفهوم پایه بود. مضامین سی‌گانه ذیل مضامین ثانویهٔ پنج‌گانهٔ سازوکارهای سیاستی ـ حمایتی، سازوکارهای آموزشی و پژوهشی، سازوکارهای مدیریتی و ساختاری، سازوکارهای کنشی و تعاملی و سازوکارهای نظارتی و ارزیابی تثبیت و برای ارائهٔ چهارچوب جامع پژوهش جایابی و ارائه شدند. نتایج آزمون آنتروپی شانون اولویت اول تا پنجم را برای مضامین اصلی سازوکارهای مدیریتی ـ ساختاری، سازوکارهای آموزشی و پژوهشی، سازوکارهای سیاستی، سازوکارهای نظارتی ـ ارزیابی و سازوکارهای کنشی ـ تعاملی مشخص کرد. در‌نهایت، اعتبار الگو با روش کدگذاری مجدد با دو ارزیاب و محاسبهٔ فرمول ضریب کاپای کوهن تأیید شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Meta-synthesis of the comprehensive framework of the internship curriculum based on blended learning Approach in the teacher education system
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله For years, educational systems have emphasized the application of technology and online media in teaching. However, the focus on virtual and online learning, especially in connection with practical courses like internships that emphasize the integration of theory and practice, brings with it the shortcomings of the lack of face-to-face instruction. One approach to address this issue is the use of a curriculum design system for practical programs based on a blended learning approach. Accordingly, the aim of the present study was to "Develop a Comprehensive Internship Curriculum Framework Based on Blended Learning in Teacher Education Systems." This study is qualitative in nature, applied in purpose, and qualitative in methodology. To achieve the main objective, four research questions were posed, and to answer them, a meta-synthesis method with Sandelowski and Barroso’s seven-stage model and thematic analysis was used. Purposeful sampling was conducted from credible academic sources published between 2001 and 2023, based on the CASP technique. The findings of the study included the identification of 30 primary themes from 118 basic concepts. These single themes were categorized under five secondary themes: policy-supportive mechanisms, educational and research mechanisms, managerial and structural mechanisms, interactive and participatory mechanisms, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. These were consolidated and positioned within a comprehensive framework for the study. The results of the Shannon entropy test determined the top five priorities for the main themes as follows: managerial-structural mechanisms, educational and research mechanisms, policy mechanisms, monitoring-evaluation mechanisms, and interactive-participatory mechanisms. The validity of the model was confirmed through re-coding by two evaluators and calculating the Cohen’s kappa coefficient.
