عنوان فارسی تبیین و بررسی عوامل نظم‌بخشی در شدآمد جاده‌ای کشور
چکیده فارسی مقاله افزایش تولید خودرو و به تبع آن افزایش رفت و آمدها، موجب مشکلات عدیده شدآمدی و نامطلوبی زندگی شهروندان در کشور شده است. به منظور بهبود این شرایط. پژوهشی، با موضوع تبیین و بررسی عوامل ‌نظم‌بخشی در شدآمد جاده‌ای کشور انجام شده که نشان از نقش پلیس در سامان‌دهی ترافیک برون‌شهری دارد، پژوهش حاضر تحقیقی آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) است، جامعه آماری آن نخبگان و کارشناسان حوزه شدآمد (ترافیک) و حمل ‌و نقل (به تعداد 90 نفر)، هستند که یافته‌های بخش کیفی از طریق نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا و یافته‌های بخش کمی از طریق نرم‌افزارهای آماری پیشرفته (اس‌پی‌اس‌اس) و (اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس) برای اعتبارسنجی الگو تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شده است. زیرا مطالبه‌گری از دستگاه‌های مسئول، ضرورت ساماندهی تردد مکاربران غیرمجاز، افزایش کاربری دوربین‌های کنترل سرعت، ضرورت مدیریت سفر در ایجاد نظم‌بخشی ترافیک نقش مؤثری دارد. با به کارگیری و اجرای راهکارهای ایجاد نظم در ترافیک برون‌شهری کشور می‌توان در آتی شاهد بهبود وضعیت و عملکرد مدیریت ترافیک در معابر برون‌شهری کشور شد و تأثیر به‌سزایی در کاهش معضلات ترافیکی از جمله؛ کاهش تلفات انسانی مادی و آسیب‌های روانی ترافیکی و تأثیرگذاری موضوعات اقتصادی، اجتماعی، و...، خواهد داشت.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The increase in automobile production and the consequent increase in traffic have caused numerous traffic problems and undesirable life conditions for citizens in the country. In order to improve these conditions, a study was conducted to explain and examine the regulatory factors in road traffic in the country, which shows the role of the police in regulating extra-urban traffic. The present study is a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) study. Its statistical population is elites and experts in the field of traffic and transportation (90 people). The qualitative findings were analyzed through MaxQuda software and the quantitative findings were analyzed through advanced statistical software (SPSS) and (SmartPLS) to validate the model. Because the demands on the responsible agencies, the necessity of regulating the traffic of unauthorized users, the increase in the use of speed cameras, and the necessity of travel management play an effective role in creating traffic regulation. By implementing and implementing solutions to create order in the country's extra-urban traffic, we can witness an improvement in the status and performance of traffic management on the country's extra-urban roads in the future, and it will have a significant impact on reducing traffic problems, including reducing human and material losses and psychological injuries from traffic, and the impact of economic, social, etc. issues.
