عنوان فارسی آسیب‌شناسی کیفیت نظام آموزش در دوره کارشناسی نظام آموزش عالی و تبیین اهداف آن بر اساس مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: این پژوهش با هدف آسیب‌شناسی دوره کارشناسی و تبیین هدف‌های آن جهت ترسیم وضعیت مطلوب اجرا شده است.
روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع کیفی است. روش کیفی مورد استفاده گروه کانونی، روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه است. روش تحلیل داده‌ها نیز تحلیل محتوای کیفی است.
یافته‌ها: در راستای پرسش اول پژوهش، نقاط ضعف دوره کارشناسی بر اساس کدگذاری نظرات مشارکت‌کنندگان در روش کیفی و مقوله‌بندی آنها شناسایی شد که شامل : مدیریت، دوره آموزشی و برنامه درسی، فرایند تدریس-یادگیری، هیئت علمی، دانشجویان، منابع و دانش‌آموختگان است. در راستای پرسش دوم پژوهش نیز هدف‌های استخراج‌شده عبارت‌اند از: تربیت نیروی انسانی مطابق با اهداف اسناد بالادستی و برنامه‌های توسعه به‌منظور پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه و صنعت، افزایش شناخت علمی و تسلط بر دانش و مبانی نظری رشته تحصیلی مربوطه، تربیت نیروی انسانی شایسته و دارای مهارت‌های عملی و صلاحیت حرفه‌ای برای بازار کار، توسعه مهارت‌های پژوهشی و ایجاد روحیه پژوهشگری، تقویت جامعه‌پذیری و مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، تقویت دیدگاه فرارشته‌ای، شناسایی و تربیت دانشجویان توانمند جهت ادامه تحصیل در مقاطع تحصیلی بالاتر، ایجاد نگرش عاطفی نسبت به رشته تحصیلی، تقویت مهارت‌های نرم، پرورش ارزش‌ها و اخلاق حرفه‌ای، تربیت کارشناس دارای مهارت‌های شغلی و قابلیت اشتغال‌پذیری و توانمند در کارآفرینی، خودشناسی دانشجویان درخصوص ایفای نقش و وظایف خود وآشنایی با اکوسیستم رشته یعنی مشاغل و متخصصان و کارآفرینان آن رشته و فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های آن رشته.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها دوره کارشناسی نظام دانشگاهی کشور در عوامل دروندادی، فرایندی و بروندادی نظام آموزش نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی برای بهبود است و پیشنهادهایی در این خصوص ارائه شده است. همچنین اهداف دوره کارشناسی بر اساس 3 کارکرد اصلی نظام آموزش عالی یعنی آموزش، پژوهش و عرضه خدمات و در 3 حوزه شناختی، مهارتی و عاطفی تبیین شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Pathology of the Quality of the Education System in the Undergraduate Course of the Higher Education System and Explanation of its Goals Based on a Qualitative Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: This research aims to diagnose the pathology of the undergraduate course and explaining its goals in order to outline the desired situation.
Methods: This research is of an applied type in terms of purpose and of a qualitative type in terms of data collection. The qualitative method used is the focus group, purposive sampling method, and the data collection tool is interviews. The data analysis method is also qualitative content analysis.
Results: In line with the first research question, the weaknesses of the undergraduate course were identified based on the coding of the participants' opinions in the qualitative method and their categorization, which include: management, training course and curriculum, teaching-learning process, faculty, students, resources, and graduates. In line with the second research question, the extracted objectives are: training human resources in accordance with the objectives of upstream documents and development programs to respond to the needs of society and industry, increasing scientific knowledge and mastering the knowledge and theoretical foundations of the relevant field of study, training competent human resources with practical skills and professional qualifications for the labor market. Also,developing research skills and creating a research spirit, strengthening sociability and social responsibility, strengthening an interdisciplinary perspective, identifying and training capable students to continue their studies at higher levels of education, creating an emotional attitude towards the field of study, strengthening soft skills, cultivating professional values ​​and ethics, training experts with job skills and employability and capable of entrepreneurship, self-awareness of students regarding their role and duties, and familiarization with the ecosystem of the field were related to the second question.
Conclusion: Based on the findings, the undergraduate course in the country's university system requires planning for improvement in the input, process, and output factors of the education system, and suggestions have been presented in this regard. In addition, the goals of the undergraduate course have been explained based on the three main functions of the higher education system, namely education, research, and service provision, and in three cognitive, skills, and emotional domains.
