عنوان فارسی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی ویژگی‌های فناوری بلاک چین در بهبود مدیریت زنجیره تأمین نفت
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ظهور فناوری بلاک چین شیوه بسیاری از فعالیت­ها در حوزه‌های مختلف سازمانی را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت­بندی ویژگی­های این فناوری در بهبود مدیریت زنجیره تأمین است و به‌طور خاص زنجیره تأمین صنعت نفت را موردمطالعه قرار داده است. در این پژوهش با مرور ادبیات پژوهش، کارکردها و ویژگی­های اثرگذار بلاک چین که بر بهبود شیوه مدیریت در زنجیره تأمین مؤثر هستند شناسایی‌شده است و سپس با بهره­گیری از نظرات خبرگان، اولویت­بندی شده­اند.
روش: پس از بررسی ادبیات پژوهش، ویژگی­های مؤثر در بهبود مدیریت زنجیره تأمین صنعت نفت شناسایی شدند. سپس با بهره­گیری از روش بدترین بهترین بیزین به تعیین اهمیت این ویژگی­ها در مورد مطالعاتی پرداخته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن است که شفافیت، قابلیت ردیابی و قابلیت اطمینان به ترتیب مهم­ترین کارکردها و ویژگی­های بلاک چین در بهبود عملکرد زنجیره تأمین نفت در کشور هستند. همچنین در بین تمامی زیرشاخص­های پژوهش، زیرشاخص‌های مدیریت و تأمین قرارداد‌ها، ردیابی، شفافیت خدمات ارائه‌شده، نظارت و پراکندگی جغرافیایی به ترتیب از بالاترین اهمیت برخوردار بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: بدین ترتیب و با توجه به یافته­های به­دست­آمده پژوهش، رویکرد پیشنهادی این تحقیق به مدیران ارشد زنجیره تأمین نفت، در جهت بهره‌وری بیشتر از فناوری بلاک چین کمک شایانی خواهد نمود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose:
The emergence of blockchain technology has influenced the way of many activities in different organizational fields. The purpose of the current research is to identify and prioritize the features and functions of this technology in improving supply chain management, and it has specifically studied the supply chain of the oil and gas industry. In this research, by reviewing the research literature, the effective functions and features of the block chain that are effective in improving the management method in the supply chain have been identified, and then they have been prioritized using the opinions of experts.
Method:
After reviewing the research literature, the effective features in improving the supply chain management of the oil industry were identified. Then, using Bayesian's worst-best method, the importance of these characteristics was determined in a case study.
Findings:
The results indicate that transparency, traceability and reliability are respectively the most important functions and features of blockchain in improving the performance of the oil and gas supply chain in the country. Also, among all the sub-indices of the research, the sub-indices of contract management and supply, tracking, transparency of the services provided, monitoring and geographical distribution were respectively of the highest importance.
Conclusion:
In this way and according to the findings of the research, the proposed approach of this research will help the senior managers of the oil and gas supply chain in order to be more productive with block chain technology.
