چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Coronary slow flow (CSF) presents multiple clinical challenges, characterized by delayed coronary blood flow despite seemingly normal epicardial arteries. With a prevalence of 1-7%, current body of knowledge has not been able to fully understood the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of this disease. This review explores the natural history of CSF, including the pathomechanism involved during the pathogenesis stage such as from inflammatory cascades to microvascular dysfunction. Diagnostic modalities, including the corrected TIMI frame count, scintigraphy, and electrocardiogram analysis, offer insights into its multifaceted presentation. The review also presents management strategies utilizing pharmacological approaches, from calcium channel blockers to anti-inflammatory agents. Deciphering the natural history of CSF allows proper preventive measures, spanning from primary to tertiary prevention. Further research remains mandatory to fully comprehend the pathomechanism and therapeutic strategies aiming to enhance patient outcomes in this challenging disorder.
