عنوان فارسی طراحی و ارزیابی وب‌سایت آموزشی دیابت در کودکان با هدف ارتقاء سطح آگاهی مادران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: دیابت نوع یک یا دیابت کودکان و نوجوانان تأثیر قابل توجهی بر زندگی کودکان و والدین دارد. به‌طوری‌ که ایجاد درک عمیق در خصوص بیماری دیابت کودکان و راه‌های پیشگیری و مراقبت از مبتلایان، ارائه دهندگان مراقبتی را قادر می‌سازد تا نیازهای خاص آنان را برآورده سازند. یکی از راهکارهای ارتقاء دانش مبتلایان به بیماری آموزش‌های مبتنی بر وب است. لذا در این مطالعه به طراحی و ارزیابی وب‌سایت آموزشی دیابت در کودکان با هدف ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت از کودکان و کاهش مرگ‌و‌میر پرداخته شد.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه شامل سه مرحلۀ گردآوری محتوا، طراحی وب‌سایت و ارزیابی بود. اطلاعات محتوای وب‌سایت از منابع کتابخانه‌ای معتبر جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از ابزار طراحی وب‌سایت وردپرس طراحی گردید. سپس ارزیابی محتوا، عملکرد، قابلیت‌های صفحۀ نمایش، مجموعه اصطلاحات و قابلیت یادگیری وب‌سایت توسط پزشکان و پرستاران انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: اطلاعات بالینی قابل فهم و رسا در مورد بیماری دیابت کودکان، در وب‌سایت آورده شد. در ارزیابی محتوای وب‌سایت بالاترین میانگین مربوط به بخش دیابت نوع یک در یک نگاه و کمترین میانگین مربوط به بخش آسیب شناسی بیماری بود. در ارزیابی عملکرد وب‌سایت بالاترین میانگین مربوط به طراحی کلی وب‌سایت و کمترین میانگین مربوط به راحتی کار با وب‌سایت بود. به‌طور کلی عملکرد وب‌سایت از کیفیت خوبی برخوردار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: برای افزایش اثربخشی خدمات مراقبتی و کاهش عوارض بیماری‌ها ارائه اطلاعات صحیح و معتبر در قالب وب سایت‌های آموزشی باید مورد توجه باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Design and Evaluation of an Educational Website on Childhood Diabetes Mellitus with the Aim of Improving Maternal Awareness
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Type 1 diabetes mellitus or juvenile/adolescent diabetes has a significant impact on the quality of life among children and parents. Thus, the development of a deep understanding of the disease of diabetes in childhood and the ways to prevent and treat patients allows health care providers to respond to their specific needs. One of the solutions to improve the knowledge of the patients is online education. Therefore, this study designed and evaluated a childhood diabetes education website with the goal of improving the quality of care for children and reducing mortality.
Methods: This study involved three phases of content collection, website design, and evaluation. The website content information was collected from reliable library sources and created using the WordPress website design tool. Subsequently, the website content, performance, display capabilities, terminology and information retrieval, and ease of learning were evaluated by physicians and nurses.
Results: Comprehensive clinical information about pediatric diabetes was provided on the website. In the evaluation of the website content, the highest average was related to the type 1 diabetes section at a glance and the lowest average was related to the pathology section. In evaluating the website performance, the highest average was related to the overall design and the lowest average was related to the ease of use. Overall, the website performance was of good quality.
Conclusion: To increase the effectiveness of care services and reduce the complications of diseases, providing accurate and reliable information in the form of educational websites should be considered.
