عنوان فارسی گزارش یک مورد نادر از آنومالی فیوژن کامل تاج و ریشه در دندان‌های خلفی فک پایین
چکیده فارسی مقاله آنومالی یا ناهنجاری دندانی، به بی‌نظمی یا انحراف از ویژگی‌های طبیعی دندان‌ها اشاره دارد و می‌تواند در هر دو سیستم دندانی شیری و دائمی مشاهده شود. یکی از این ناهنجاری‌ها، فیوژن است که در آن دو دندان مجاور در طول رشد خود به هم متصل می‌شوند و در نتیجه یک ساختار دندانی واحد و بزرگ‌تر ایجاد می‌شود. این وضعیت ممکن است تأثیرات بالینی و زیبایی‌شناختی مختلفی داشته باشد.
این گزارش به بررسی یک مورد خاص از فیوژن دندان‌های مولر دوم و سوم در فک پایین، تحلیل علل، تشخیص و مدیریت این وضعیت نادر، می‌پردازد. بیمار یک زن ۴۶ ساله بود که به دلیل گیر غذایی ناشی از فاصله بین دندان‌های سانترال فک بالا و هم‌چنین فضای بین دندان پره‌مولر دوم و مولر دوم در سمت چپ فک پایین به مطب ارتودنسی مراجعه کرده بود. در معاینه دهان، ارتودنتیست متوجه شد که دندان‌های مولر دوم و سوم در سمت راست فک پایین به طور غیرطبیعی به هم پیوسته‌اند و شکل ظاهری آن‌ها تغییر کرده است. تشخیص اولیه ارتودنتیست فیوژن دندانی بود که پس از معاینه مجدد توسط متخصص بیماری‌های دهان، فک و صورت با توجه به یافته‌های بالینی و رادیوگرافی تایید شد. این فیوژن در بیمار مشکلات بالینی ایجاد نکرده است، اما می‌تواند در آینده به مشکلاتی نظیر پوسیدگی یا بیماری‌های لثه منجر شود. با این حال، جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و انجام معاینه جامع فکین با استفاده از روش‌های تشخیصی غیرآسیب‌رسان برای تشخیص دقیق و پیگیری وضعیت بیمار ضروری است، تا اقدامات درمانی لازم به صورت آینده‌نگر و با ارائه توضیحات کامل به بیمار انجام شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Report of a Rare Case of Complete Crown and Root Fusion Anomaly in Posterior Mandibular Teeth
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Dental anomalies refer to any deviation or disorder affecting the natural characteristics of teeth, which can be observed in both primary and permanent dentition. One such anomaly is fusion, characterized by the :union: of two adjacent teeth during their development, resulting in a single, enlarged dental structure. This condition can have various clinical and aesthetic implications. This case report examines the fusion of the second and third molars in the mandible and provides an analysis of the etiology, diagnosis, and management of this rare condition. Our patient was a 46-year-old woman who presented to the orthodontic office complaining of food impaction caused by the gap between her upper central incisors and the space between the second premolar and the second molar on the left side of the mandible. During the oral examination, the orthodontist observed that the second and third molars on the right side of the mandible were abnormally fused, resulting in an altered appearance. The initial diagnosis by the orthodontist was dental fusion, which was confirmed following a re-evaluation by an Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine specialist, based on clinical and radiographic findings. This fusion has not resulted in any clinical complications in the patient, but it may predispose to issues such as caries or periodontal disease in the future. Nevertheless, the collection of information and a comprehensive examination of the jaws using non-invasive diagnostic methods are essential for accurate diagnosis and ongoing monitoring of the patient’s condition. This approach will facilitate the proactive planning of necessary treatment measures and ensure clear communication with the patient.
