عنوان فارسی طراحی مدل توسعه آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای متناسب با نیاز بازار کار و ظرفیت‌های منطقه‌ای: مطالعه موردی، صنعت چرم و کفش
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل توسعه آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای متناسب با نیاز بازار کار و ظرفیت‌های منطقه‌ای در صنعت چرم و کفش انجام شده است. بر همین اساس مفهوم سازی توسعه آموزش­های فنی و حرفه­ای متناسب با بازار کار، تعیین عوامل تاثیر گذار و راهکارهای عملیاتی برای بهبود فرآیند توسعه آموزش های فنی و حرفه­ای مد نظر بوده است. روش استفاده شده در این پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت اکتشافی تحقیق، نظریه داده بنیاد است. نمونه گیری استفاده شده در این پژوهش، نمونه گیری نظری است. مبنای اصلی جمع آوری اطلاعات، انجام مصاحبه های عمیق با نخبگان و فعالان صنعت چرم شهر تبریز تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری بوده است. در مجموع 18 مصاحبه انجام شد. پس از گردآوری اطلاعات، کدهای مربوط به مصاحبه ها مکتوب تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته­های پژوهش که پس از انجام مراحل سه گانه کد گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، مدل نهایی پژوهش به دست آمده است، نشان می­دهد که مدل نهایی از 6 مقوله کلی، 15 مقوله فرعی و 37 مفهوم اصلی تشکیل شده­است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که مقوله های آینده­گرایی آموزش، توجه به استانداردهای کمی و کیفی آموزش، انگیزش و حرفه­مندی عوامل علی تاثیر گذار بر آموزش­های مبتنی بر بازارگرایی است که برای آموزش­های فنی­ و­حرفه­ ای راهبردهای کارآفرینی ­گرایی، نوآوری­گرایی و برند­گرایی ایجاد خواهد کرد و پیامدهای این گونه آموزش های فنی و حرفه­ای دستاوردهای فردی، اجتماعی و سازمانی به همراه خواهد داشت.

عنوان انگلیسی modeling for the development of technical and vocational training in accordance with the needs of the labor market and regional capacities: a case study, leather and footwear industry.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The current research has been done with the aim of  modeling for the development of technical and vocational training in accordance with the needs of the labor market and regional capacities in the leather  industry. Based on this, the conceptualization of the development of technical and vocational training in accordance with the labor market, determining the influencing factors and operational solutions to improve the development process of technical and vocational training has been considered. According to the exploratory nature of the research, the method used in this research is Grounded theory. The sampling used in this research is theoretical sampling. The main basis for collecting information was conducting in-depth interviews with the elites and activists of the leather industry in Tabriz city until reaching theoretical saturation. A total of 18 interviews were conducted. After collecting the data, the codes related to the written interviews were analyzed. The findings of the research that the final model of the research was obtained after three stages of open, central and selective coding, show that the final model consists of 6 general categories, 15 sub-categories and 37 main concepts.The results of this research showed that the categories of futurism of education, attention to quantitative and qualitative standards of education, motivation and professionalism are the causal factors affecting education based on market orientation, which is for technical and professional education. It will create strategies of entrepreneurship, innovation and branding, and the consequences of such technical and professional trainings will bring individual social and organizational achievements
